Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Leonardo Park

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

Adriana und Ihr Mann sind sehr liebevolle und professionelle Gastgeber. Der Ceck in war mehr als flexibel, da sich unsere Ankunft immer wieder verzögert hat... Adriana hat uns spät abends persönlich begrüßt. Das kleine Ferienhaus ist ein echtes Juwel für den der es einheimisch mag. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral gelegen...25 Kilometer bis nach Rom und zur anderen Seite 10 Kilometer bis zum Meer. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen bekommen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Gerne kommen wir ein anderes Mal wieder auf das tolle Airbnb zurück. Bis dahin... Alles Gute Mario und Wendy

Sehr persönliche und freundliche Übergabe mit Tipps und Anregungen. Die Lage war großartig alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn wir nach Rom kommen hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

We stayed here (family of 6) for a night to end our Rome trip. Daniele was very responsive and checked in on us. Great way to end a vacation at the beach. Daniele even arranged for a car to take our bags and us to the airport and allowed us to delay a checkout so we weren't waiting at the terminal all day.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The place is so cute, the location is the best possible, and Federica is incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for the 2.5 weeks and we wished we didn't have to leave. If you are on the fence about this place, let this be your sign to pick it. You will not regret it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Giorgia à Fiumicino. L’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos : très propre, bien rangé et en parfait état. Il est idéalement situé, à seulement un arrêt de l’aéroport en train, ce qui est vraiment pratique pour les arrivées ou départs en avion. Le centre commercial se trouve à 3-4 minutes à pied, et les transports en commun à environ 6-7 minutes. Giorgia a été une hôte agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement à ceux qui cherchent un endroit confortable, pratique et fidèle à sa description ! ☺️

Appartement parfait pour prendre un avion le lendemain tôt à l’aéroport de Rome car proche de la dernière gare avant l’aéroport

L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto: pulito, ordinato e molto semplice da raggiungere. Al mio arrivo ho trovato l’ambiente già fresco e piacevole, grazie all’aria condizionata accesa, un dettaglio davvero apprezzato dopo il viaggio. È stato un soggiorno comodo e senza intoppi — consigliatissimo!

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

Ho trascorso due notti in questo appartamento molto bello e confortevole. Gli spazi sono ampi, l’arredamento curato e l’alloggio era molto pulito. La flessibilità del self check-in è stata davvero comoda, permettendoci di entrare e uscire senza problemi di orario. Lo consiglio a chi viaggia per lavoro o affari, data la comodità della vicinanza alla Nuova Fiera di Roma.

Paola’s place was truly great! Great location, beautiful flat, close to all of the sites that you want to see in Rome! Many great restaurants and cafe’s nearby with easy access to the train and metro for longer hauls. As a host, Paola was incredibly responsive from the second we booked. She was helpful with recommendation and extremely flexible when we arrived early and asked to check in at 1pm. We would recommend to our friends and family!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

The directions were VERY detailed and clear which I was very grateful for. Communication with the host was quick and easy as well. The apartment was very beautiful and just as described. I was just one person staying so very spacious :) The ceilings are quite low (which they do state) so it wouldn’t be very comfortable for ppl over 5’9. And just a heads up, if you plan on having heavy/large luggage the lift is small and you’ll still need to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs. I loved the spaciousness, full kitchen, private rooftop, and walking distance to the sites. I had no complaints and do highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again :)

Fabrizia was a great host. We had a great time and she was super helpful with local recommendations and easy instructions for locating. Definitely recommend!

I can’t express how much of a hidden gem this place is. I absolutely loved staying here and it’s so well thought out. It’s in such a great location. It’s a quiet neighborhood and i felt so safe. If i could stay longer, this would be the place. The hosts were so tentative and very welcoming. I also reserved a pickup to the airport and it made me feel so much better. I appreciate everything so much.!!! Grazie a Mille!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment very close to the airport. We stayed for a night on a long layover in Rome, arriving late at night. The hosts organized a pickup from the airport for us. The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything we needed. They also prepared a crib for our baby. Thank you very much again!! We will come again! 😊
