There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk that connects you to the lakeside swimming pool or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood. Bring your personal watercraft and launch from the private boat landing then park in the private boat slip steps away from the back porch. Our quiet cove also is a great place for SUP and kayak enjoyment.

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. This studio is perfect for a single traveler, Village visitor or remote worker. Couples will find it a cozy place to retreat from hectic life in the city. Age to book 25.

Atop a low mountain along Hwy 7N amidst Ouachita Mountains stands our two-level home where we live on the upper level. B&B area is a pleasant lower-level, 1400-sf walkout apartment with a separate, convenient entrance. Beautiful views abound and modern facilities await, including Internet access.

The guest house is separate from the main house and has it’s own parking and access. Keyless entry means no lost keys (code provided prior to arrival). Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming, relaxing, or fishing. A covered patio with gas grill is also available to guests.
