Our house is across the street from Wamplers Lake with shared, private lake access for launching kayaks (2 available in summer). Jerry's pub is down the street for lake side food, drinks, & live music. The house is minutes away from Hayes State Park beach and boat launch, downtown Brooklyn, Michigan International Speedway, & Hidden Lake Gardens.

Located on the newly renovated “Strongback” Building, just steps away from the Historic Croswell Opera House and several restaurants and bars. It’s also a quick drive to Adrian College or Siena Heights University. This is a 2nd floor apartment with elevator access and plenty of parking nearby. Secure building with a gated entrance and key fob access. This is a 21 unit apartment building in a downtown urban area with no yard/grass, not suitable for pets. The full time tenants do not have pets.
