Very centrally located in a small quiet alley at Johanniskirchhof. The pedestrian zone, Weser and cathedral are 5 minutes walking distance. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, Wi-Fi and contactless check-in.

There are plenty of retreats and cozy niches by the fireplace. The garden beckons with outdoor seating, swings and a fireplace for long campfire evenings or a walk in the park. Nearby, a large forest invites you to hike or bike. The house is quietly located and has no direct neighbors.

Enjoy the tranquility in the small, simple cottage that I converted into my cozy home - in 2 minutes by the lake, which invites you to take a relaxing walk in any weather. The park-like garden can also be enjoyed excellently in the sunshine, watch the very different plants bloom! ☺️ I live in the house, the small kitchen and wardrobes are filled. Guests are welcome to use the house when I travel for business.
