Family-friendly holiday rentals in Leiria

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

The hosts were very nice and always responsive. The apartment and pool area were as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, there were many flies in the area in July, and an insect repellent spray is helpful. Nevertheless, our stay was very nice and recommended the Airbnb.

This apartment was a great choice to spend some days in Figueira de Foz. It was spacious (even more than what it look in the pictures) and clean. It was close to beach promenade, supermarkets and restaurants, specially a very good "pastelaria", which is a must in Portugal. Andrea was very nice and prompt in providing help and I can only recommend her as a host.

Beautiful house by the beach! We loved the peace and the view. The house is very comfortable and has a lot of charm (and a lovely little library). The kitchen especially is well-stocked. Since you’re surrounded by nature there are many spiders, snakes and lizards (mostly outside, thankfully). We visited in November and the temperature in the house really dropped at night (from 20C to 15C). The only option to heat is a small and somewhat noisy space heater, so if you visit in winter be prepared with warm clothes. That was the only thing we found difficult during an otherwise extremely pleasant stay. Pedro was a very friendly and engaged host!

I have been there for the second time - beautiful property, great pool and whirlpool, very nice owners. Highly recommended if you want to switch off.

It was a week of well spent vacation, where we had everything we needed in the apartment (utensils/services/machines) as communicated to us by Mr. Luis. In the vicinity there are excellent places of gastronomy with good price/quality ratio. The place is quiet and with good access both for walking and to discover new destinations by car.

Truly magical. A wonderful flat with everything you’d ever need with equal size terrace you could spend all day on. The view is spectacular. We didn’t want to leave. Parking was easy and there was a lovely bakery just a minute walk away. Edite was a wonderful host. Nazaré and its surroundings were beautiful and definitely a highlight of our trip.

This place is unique. It is a tree house, where you may sit quietly at mid-level or in the crown of the tree, view the vast landscape, and listen to the birds chipping. Amazing. It is the perfect place to calm down. In case you are already calmed down, use the two pools, billiards, table soccer, take a walk, visit an archeological site, go on great hikes, ... It is a unique place.

Sandra's accommodation is as described, clean and very well equipped. Sandra is extremely kind, we recommend her accommodation! Top vacation in Nazaré!!

I loved it, I went with my dog. Great for resting. You can take a walk around the space. I loved it.

Very interesting accommodation, lots of antique and original items, but unfortunately there is no place to store clothes and suitcases. The sleeping places are upstairs, it is impossible to lift suitcases there. The mill is old, so you can smell the musty smell. Beautiful garden.

Romeu’s place was clean and tidy and located in a great location - near many great bars and restaurants. He was very helpful and responsive, and we had an amazing stay! Would love to come back again!

This home was great for my family of 4. It had everything we needed and was central to many towns and sites to visit. There is a wonderful outdoor space, though there is currently construction going on next door. Overall we had a great stay.

Fully renovated and equipped historic stone house; white towels and bed linen; comfortably accommodated five adults; new appliances; all rooms are very spacious; the more rural location requires the use of one's own vehicle. However, the location is strategic for visiting historic cities in the region. The Roman road behind the property and the property itself are of particular interest. The host is to be congratulated.

Had a good week... nice pool, closed parking... 1 hour on average from things to visit in the area. It may be missing just a few small amenities (kitchen... clothes pins...)... but hey, it's vacation!

The house is very well equipped. Francisco's parents also live on the property and were always available. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The house is very spacious, the quantities of furnished dishes and linens are in sufficient quantity, the very good quality bedding. The shaded terrace allows you to spend days and evenings in complete tranquility. Shops are located 5 minutes by car. We strongly recommend this house. Fernando the owner is always attentive and speaks French.

Had a wonderful 5 nights in a quiet area. The pool was really great! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful and close to beach and some nice cities. This house is highly recommended!

The place is very nice and you feel at home very quick. It’s an old Portuguese Quinta with a very large garden. You can even take a walk in the garden. The apartment is very spacious and comfy. It has everything you will need. 5*

We had a great time at Birgit and Henrique's house. They have always been very nice and available while remaining discreet. The house is very nice and well maintained and the private pool is really appreciated. The location of the house is ideal for rest and allows you to have interesting cities to visit nearby. I highly recommend this listing. ☺️
