Also possibility to use bicycle inward tractor road. You can swim both in Röyrtjönna, and in a Ranelva bus stop right by the house (5 min walk). About 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min drive to Mosjøen, and 15 min drive to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunell. A great starting point for holidays and accommodation at Helgeland.

Gammel hus

Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.

Cozy Rorbu

Cozy cabin on the lovely Helgeland coast. Rorbua is idyllically located in Leinesodden marina. Rorbua is excellent for tourists as there are countless great opportunities for ski touring nearby, both in the Leirfjord and the Sandnessjøen area. There is also good chances of pulling up fish for dinner from the nearest swamp or boat. It is a short car ride if you want to experience Helgeland's beautiful archipelago via several free ferries.

Cottage by the lake

Cabin in the immediate vicinity of the sea with stunning views on idyllic Sundøya. Sleeping six people, but due to a faulty window in a bedroom, sleeping space is provided for four. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 with access by ladder. Possibility to use all bedrooms, also bedroom 3 with a double bed (note window can not be opened in this room). Duvets, pillows, towels and bed linen included.

Could be an alternative to hotel rooms. We follow the Covid19 cleaning and disinfection guidelines. Antibac, surface disinfection and disposable gloves are available in the cabin.

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unique hiking opportunities, short distance to many of Helgeland's sights. Possibilities for fishing in the immediate vicinity, rental of boat can be done at Sjøbakken Camping, which is close by. Bearing tours, top hikes, mushroom rides in the “backyard”
