Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

A small (45m2), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can comfortably reside here for two, but in case of doubt also fold out the sofa (110x200cm) and a mattress (80x200cm). A small dishwasher is also in the kitchen, so no stress with dishes. There are outdoor blinds in the bedroom and living room, then it is pitch black for sleeping. When in doubt, just ask:)
