My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest department. By bike you can explore the entire area from the Wörlitz Garden Kingdom to the Goitzsche. Also not far to Leipzig and Halle. You can reach the new FOC outlet centre in 25 minutes.

Gästezimmer im idyllischen Dorf lädt ein zum gemütlichen Verweilen, das Nichtstun zu genießen und einfach zu entspannen. Kleinrössen liegt ca. 100 km südlich von Berlin - zwischen Herzberg und Falkenberg. Auch Dresden/Leipzig ist nicht weit entfernt. Falkenberg ist sehr gut mit dem RE zu erreichen. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist es eine attraktive Tour (XXX/KR). z.Bsp. über den Elberadweg. Es gibt hier ein schönes Umland mit guten Fahrradwegen, Seen und die schwarze Elster; kurz gesagt: Natur pur.

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Sie wohnen in einer modernen Ferienwohnung im 2. OG mit 45 m². Die Wohnung umfasst ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen Wohnraum mit Sofa, Sessel, Küchenzeile und Essplatz, ein Duschbad, einen Flur und einen kleinen Balkon. Ein Tresor für Wertsachen und ein Pkw-Stellplatz sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Abends lädt die Hausbar zur Selbstbedienung ein, und im Hof kann gegrillt oder am Lagerfeuer entspannt werden. Die Feierbude ist für größere Gruppen (nur Hausgäste) verfügbar.

Lakeside house

This home can be booked from April to September. Small cozy, rustically furnished wooden house in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Haselbach. The cabin is located directly on our property and we are therefore available at any time. Pets are not allowed, as we ourselves have 1 dog that runs free on the property. In just a 15-minute walk you can cool off in the lake in summer temperatures. You can also walk through forest and field.

Enjoy leisure activities such as pedal boating, stand-up paddling and quad biking. A 24/7 shop is near. Only 30 minutes by car or easily by train (S6/S5X) from Leipzig!
