Holiday rentals with lake access in Leeds and Liverpool Canal

We loved the cottage very comfortable amazing views in a beautiful setting. The hot tub overlooking the lake was idyllic. Sarah was a fabulous host nothing was too much trouble. Children friendly games etc well equipped the grandchildren loved the cats visiting, feeding the goats treats and playing in the garden. Plenty of wonderful walks we loved the canal walks stumbled across great cafes pubs and local shops...the local pub the junction had a great menu and food was delicious. We would definitely come back again thanks again Sarah

Great two day stay for our family of four. The place is right near Turf Moor in a clean and light area. The space is recently renovated and bright. And the host is very responsive to any needs that arise. Great stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay, was very convenient for the wedding we attended. Instructions were clear for everything, from check in, to check out. The house was tidy and well equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t bring a dog but the extra bits for a dog were super cute! We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it. Although this is nothing that Joanne could change, if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing some earplugs as you can hear the runway early in the morning. Not a criticism at all, we were just not used to the sound so want to save someone else finding this out too! Thank you!!🩷

We had a superb stay here! It’s absolutely pristine and beautifully done out inside and out. Could not fault a single thing. The views are beautiful and the stay was comfortable, they have all the modern (expensive) amenities. Would recommend this place to anybody.

we stayed in Jo's place to visit Manchester with my family. the place was located in Salford quays and within walking distance to the tram station. It was also clean and tidy, and was big enough for the family.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home near the Peak District, and it was everything it was described to be, and more! The house was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offered a real sense of comfort throughout. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it provided plenty of space and added comfort for all of our guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nestled in a quiet, welcoming neighbourhood, it was the perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding countryside. The host was very nice and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we truly felt at home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway near the Peak District. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful, spacious and clean flat in great location at a very reasonable price. All necessities required for our stay were provided. Simon met us for check-in and showed us round. Would happily return if ever in Liverpool again.

Only stayed one night before a wedding we were going to the next day but was perfect for us. Ray even accommodated us with the check out time which we were extremely grateful for. If we need to stay in the area again we’d try booking here again. 🙂

What a beautiful find. Loved the quality of the mews. Location was great and lots to do nearby. Highly recommend Cannon Hall Country Park, Cannon Hall Farm, Nostell National Trust and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Would certainly come back.

Absolutely loved my stay. The apartment was easy to find and match the description of the post to a T. Perfect location for travelling the city and close to plenty of attractions and restaurants. I had a lovely time and Carly always had me in mind to make sure my stay was pleasant which it was.

This apartment is all about the spectacular views - from every window. It's a personal space, comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Raya was an amazing host. After needing somewhere else to stay last minute I found Rayas place available. Raya was very responsive and we quickly made arrangements for my booking she was very helpful and was there to welcome us when we arrived and offer local information to where we could go eat and have a look around. We had everything we needed and I would happily stay again. Thanks Raya for being a great host.

Lovely apartment close to train station easy access to Liverpool

Mel gave us a very warm welcome to Piggery Barn and we loved our stay here. The renovations to the barn must have been a huge undertaking and everything has been done to the highest specification with comfort in mind. Communication with both Chris and Mel was excellent and we appreciated the welcome pack. The barn’s setting is very scenic and is close to lots of interesting places to visit. Our stay was far too short.

Beautiful 2 days sleeping under the stars, of which two were shooting stars. Close to Dovestones for a good hike and literally 5 reservoirs within 2 minutes walk. Very quiet, peaceful and beautiful interior. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Clean, beautiful. amazing location, all brand new. Really could not be better. Our only problem was with the communication of the agents that completely messed up our trip. If you communicate directly with Sianie you will have no problem.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage in Debbies Unterkunft! Vorab haben wir ganz viele hilfreiche Infos bekommen und vor Ort war alles wirklich toll ☺️ ein kleiner Willkommenssnack für uns und unseren Hund gab es auch 🥰 Die Wohnung ist total gemütlich und geräumig. Trotz des Wetters war das eine perfekte Zwischenstation für uns.

Hermitage cottage was in a beautiful situation right on the river Lune. The cottage was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue and the outdoor seating. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and really enjoyed our stay. Walks around the estate were lovely. It is a lovely base to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding areas.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Pateley Bridge. We verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 1 kind. Het huis was ruim, schoon en gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De instructies over aankomst waren duidelijk en we kregen goede tips over waar te eten in het dorp. Het dorp zelf is gezellig en heeft een paar leuke pubs en eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Ook de speeltuin bij de rivier (met ijskraam!) was een bonus. Al met al warm aan te bevelen!

Millnook was a clean, comfortable and practical property for a weekend stay. It has easy access to the River Nidd walk along to Pateley Brige which has a few shops and two pubs. In the other direction you can walk up to Brimham Rocks.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Patty's Barn staying in the Purple Pheasant. This really is a special place for a peaceful holiday with beautiful nature trails and coastal walks close by. There's some child friendly activities on site via a games room and football and rugby pitches. The accommodation was very clean to a high standard and communication with Michelle was easy, warm and friendly. My advice is to visit Scorton nearby for a nice family day out - Cockerham itself it small and its a shame the local pub has closed but there is a fantastic brewery - a short 5 mile drive.
