Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.

Just 1/2 mile off 1/15/501 so Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill and Durham are an easy commute. This updated basement apartment offers private entrance, full laundry, kitchen, bath, queen-sized bed and free wifi. Our apartment is not wheel chair assessable but there are no steps to climb, step out of vehicle and right into apartment.
