Cannot recommend Jean François' place enough! I am definitely staying here again should I return to Rennes for another visit. A super private flat in the city center. Easy to find, easy to navigate within the building as well as felt very secure. The place was very clean and comfortable. Jean François was very communicative and helpful with checking in. Very happy with my stay.

What a little gem of a place. Loved the beautiful big window in living space, and the outside seating area. Had everything we needed for our 1 night stay, even a phone charger! There was a lovely little note on the table when we arrived welcoming us, and a jar of strawberry jam. The TV was great, thought at first no tv as looked like a picture on wall but then realised it was the tv. Shower had no wall fitting so you need to stand holding shower head or sit in bath, but was fine. It’s very homely and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers on the table. Parking was in a car park just round corner so not far to walk with bags. Air con, and velux windows for natural light and ventilation Only disadvantage is the stairs, if you’re good with stairs then no problem, but on top floor of building, otherwise would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this place. It is very well located in relation to the city center, quiet. The small garden area is lovely. The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and the bedding is good quality. So perfect in every way. We recommend it to future guests.

We had a great weekend in Vincent's apartment; super well located, quiet and decorated with care and as a bonus a superb little terrace! We highly recommend both the accommodation and the host and will gladly return for other Rennes weekends!

Nice place to stay! Worth the money.

The house is really close to everything, which is great to have some nice exploring by walking. As a plus, the house is super well designed and organized, perfect for a couple and can even accommodate kids. There’s no noise and you can have a restful night after a long exploring day. Stéphanie was always super responsive and helpful, even providing us some nice places to try regional food. Rennes is a surprising cool city! We loved the vibe. Thank you for having us!

Welcoming and quiet accommodation, ideally located to visit the historic center of Vitré: medieval fortress, narrow shopping streets with remarkable half-timbered houses or beautiful stone houses. Beautiful walks to do: the ramparts, the banks of the Vilaine, the Pré des Lavandières... We thank Richard for his responsiveness and the accuracy of his instructions and information and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a pleasant stay in Fougères, a very pretty town, beautiful walks to do, Beautiful shops, good restaurants The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance, castle, parks... Very nice accommodation, with an extra large shower, jacuzzi, comfortable bedding, Manuel is a very responsive and pleasant host. I would definitely recommend Manuel's place

Second time in this little haven of peace. Always a top service, very friendly welcome, meal tray and breakfast to die for and very hearty, very clean room and very comfortable bedding. A flawless place for us, you can come here with your eyes closed.
