Great spot!

The photos show the unit exact as it is. Very clean, comfortable, and well designed. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and a couple of dinners. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Cecille was always responsive when questions arose. She had good recommendations for dinners. The surrounding area and neighborhood was lovely with many conveniences such as gas stations and the Hen House Market for groceries and good prepared foods available. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.

We were traveling as a family with a 1 year old. Crody's place was perfect. Having a high chair and pack-and-play was essential. Also the proximity to a park with a playground was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

If you want to stay downtown, then this Airbnb is absolutely perfect. We loved our stay. The amenities are really incredible…roof top deck with a grill and fire pit, game room with a pool table and other games, the workout room and basketball court are over the top. Tons of space in the apartment and a king sized bed. Parking is included and we were so close to everything downtown that we rarely took our car out. The free street car is right outside the door and it was super convenient to all the different areas of downtown. Caleb responds quickly to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

This is by far one of the best Air BnBs that we have ever stayed in! The property and the amenities were all new and easily accessible thru an app for entry. The home itself was amazing ! The unit was spotless with beautiful furniture and decorations. Rachel was an amazing host and never made us wait for a response and upon entering we were surprised to not only have a snack box, but a few drinks in refrigerator and a coffee bar. (Keurig) Rachel provided the pickles all set for the court as well as grilling set for the grills. All in all this place felt like home away from home with a special twist of excitement with all the amenities in building. The next time we are in area we will be reaching out to stay here again.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Bed is comfortable had great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is stocked with what we needed. Will stay here again if we come back for any reason.

Gloria’s place was amazing!! Clean, close to a lot of restaurants/bars, there is even a little doggie park on the 2nd floor which was so helpful if you’re traveling with your furry friend. Our trip was very short, so we didn’t get to use the pool, which was a bummer. Hopefully next time! Would stay here again :)

Dom was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had—kind, super responsive, and went above and beyond to make check-in easy and flexible. The location was unbeatable, close to everything I needed, and the space itself was clean, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

The apartment is in a great location, & the added bonus of a dedicated parking space is Much appreciated. There is a fair amount of street noise, but in this urban environment it is to be expected. The apartment was clean & comfortable. There was a maintenance issue with the building, but the host was proactive & responded to the problem before I was aware of it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.

Great apartment, great surroundings, easy to get to anywhere in the city within 15mins. The parking garage was really helpful for loading and unloading to the apartment. Adam is very responsive and helpful!

This place is fantastic. One of the best AirbBnBs I’ve stayed at. Beautifully laid out, kitchen has what you need, comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, scenic views (corner unit with lots of windows) and perfectly located. Enjoyed staying in this home over the weekend while in town to see my favorite baseball team the Detroit Tigers and my favorite band Staind. We loved the home, it was clean, organized, and everything was conveniently located. Recommend staying here and I would return if I visit Missouri again in the future!

Everything was great and very clear instructions. Great location, walkable to most things and felt safe. Even if we did Uber, it was $10 to anything around that we wanted to go to. Very large space with plenty of room!

So much to do in this house and so spacious! It’s decorated so cute and kept very clean, we could tell the cleaners had just been there! Zach was very responsive and the instructions were easy to understand and follow. This house is set up to keep the stress away and enjoy all the amenities!

Everyone loved this place! The basement was especially spacious and good for gathering. I appreciated instructions posted throughout the house.

you can tell more about people when something goes a little wrong than when everything is perfect. There was a small mechanical issue with the pool and they sent the nicest person out to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure all our kiddos could continue to use the pool. even though it would have been much cheaper for them to close the pool. This speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. we would totally stay there again if we ever were in the KC area.

Wouldn’t look for any other place to stay when coming back to Kansas. Looking forward to staying there again! (Hopefully next Summer). Went as smoothly and perfect as it could have. Location was great , Mass Street was right there. Very welcoming and cozy home!
