Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city center of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. Even though our family has short stay but we did enjoy Solene’s apartment. It’s beautiful and nice one. Especially the apartment has lovely balcony:)

Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Ideal location of the accommodation, about 20 minutes from St Malo/Dinan,... Small town with local shop and a big + for having 1 different food truck 5 days a week. Nice place to stay with a nice outdoors space.

Jennifer is very nice and accommodating. Her place is perfect. You can enjoy the outdoors even in rainy and windy weather thanks to the very well thought-out covered terrace. The house is very functional and is located close to Saint Malo while remaining in the countryside in a green and quiet place. I can only recommend this accommodation.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city center (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about ten minutes' walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
