Old waterfront sheepfold, old village.

Old sheepfold transformed into a family chalet, for 4 to 6 people. Space and nature around for the kids. Direct proximity to the mountain for walks. Trails, shops 1 km away, free shuttle. Linens provided. Absolute calm. Attention to access one of the bedrooms on the last level you have to pass under a beam of about 1.60 but the children love it. 90 m2 spread over 4 levels with very passable stairs or ladders of millers.

Very nice accomodation for its price. Nice area to go skiing, do mountain walks or just visit other towns. Chamonix is a reasonable drive distance. The house had everything it needed and gave a 'vintage' feeling. Only addition i can think of is WiFi, as the general internet connection through roaming is not good. 4,9/5 rating!

Check in was very easy with a key box at the lodge. Although we did not meet him in person, Viktor was a great host. Communication was easy and very friendly. Only minor downside was that there was no furniture for the terrace but we were told that this will change later this year. We would definitely come again.

I highly recommend this apartment with a great view of the peaks of Vallorcine and part of the giants of the Mont-Blanc range. The interior is very spacious and warm with 100% mountain decor. For hikers the location is really close to the accesses leading to Mont Buet and Cheval Blanc. Françoise is a pleasant attentive host who will welcome you and inform you. The apartment is well worth the price.
