Apartment located upstairs (no PMR access), very close to the center, 5-10 minutes walk from the train station, the bird sanctuary, the port with its 20m high Belvedere, the body of water (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

The Studio

Studio de 28 m² à louer situé au Teich avec un jardinet. Studio agréable et très lumineux. Voie ferrée proche. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Respect des lieux et du voisinage. Pas de musique forte, pas de fête. Endroit paisible et tranquille. Merci de ne pas fumer dans le studio, un cendrier vous attend sur la terrasse. Pas d'accès autre qu'aux voyageurs qui ont réservé. Une caméra de surveillance est installée dans le jardin. Celle-ci sert à dissuader les voleurs.
