Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

We had a lovely stay at this place. Very good communication with Benjamin who is a very attentive host. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and the patio is very nice. We were with 5 cars and we managed to park in very close and free parking spaces. A 30-minute walk from Place des Lices, the apartment is well placed for walking around Rennes.

Pleasant stay, accommodation located in the city center close to a park and parking lots: lively city with lots of shops and restaurants. Friendly and very responsive host. For us, the most important thing was its proximity to our children for a family celebration.

I had a very good stay at Baptiste's in Dinan. Her accommodation is very well located in the historic center, and I enjoyed its brightness and cleanliness, its comfort and its decoration. Thank you to Baptiste for his clarifications on my arrival and those sent for the Rennes - Dinan bus. Looking forward to coming back another time!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

Good safe private parking on site. House close to amenities including tourist office, all within easy walking distance.

Very pleasant and peaceful stay in a very green, relaxing and beautiful setting, small downside, the height of the beams to pass from the bedroom to the living room and the toilets when you are tall (oops! I did not see it in the description made by the host) You have to be patient to see the chickens and chicks who like to play hide and seek in their enclosure! The vegetable garden and flowers are very well maintained, as is the interior of the cottage. Very practical not to have to clean when leaving, sheets and towels provided. We will keep a very good memory.

Very pleasant stay in this spacious and pretty house. The garden is very large and there is a soccer field as well as a ping pong table available. We were very well received by the neighbor and the host was flexible with our departure time. We recommend!

we were there for the 2nd time. A wonderful stay in a quiet location. Lots of possibilities for excursions within a reasonable radius. Paula and Barac are super friendly. They are there when you need them, but respect your privacy. Will definitely come back.

The accommodation is perfect and has been completely refurbished recently! The green and peaceful environment is pleasant and the enclosed garden for our furry friends was a real plus! On the other hand, the bedding is new and of good quality, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed! Everything was great.

We had a great time at Danielle's place. The accommodation she offers is very nice, clean and spacious. The outdoor setting is also superb and relaxing. We were very well received and highly recommend staying there.
