A wonderful location, with good tram and bus connections and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Private and with a beautiful balcony. An attentive and helpful host. After exploring the city during the day, it was nice to return and relax. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay at your apartment in Paris. We spent three nights there and everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect — close to public transportation, shops, and major attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, quiet, and very comfortable. Our apartment was clean and we were given plenty of supplies to make us comfortable. The hosts were responsive and always available if we needed help or had any questions. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the T10 and easy to get into the centre. I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you for being great hosts!

Can’t say enough good things about Nathalie’s place! Just as described, very easy to get to on the RER B train, and even when the local station about 3 minute walk from the apartment was not running due to some of the line not running, Nathalie took us to the station and gave us an alternative route into Paris. Would stay again!

Close to the train station, so perfect. 3 floors without elevator to be specified in case. Clean, tidy accommodation. I recommend it.

Perfect, we came for a convention located at the Seine Musicale which is about a 25-minute walk away. Well located and quiet, parking was easy on the street of the listing or on the streets nearby. Functional interior with all comforts for a pleasant stay for two.

Perfect location: quiet neighborhood but very close to the city center (30 min by train, €2.50 ticket). The apartment is amazing, it has all the necessary amenities, it is spacious and comfortable. It also has a terrace from which you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. We felt at home. Alexis was always extremely attentive, responding immediately to our questions. The only downside was the 10 a.m. check-out time, which seems early to us.

The best experience I've had in an Airbnb so far, Amandine and Sebastiane are super friendly and excellent hosts. When we arrived, a lot of surprises were waiting for us, from Nespresso capsules, nougat, juices and even pudding for our baby. We had everything we needed to cook. They also left us soap to wash our clothes, which is so necessary on a trip. I could go on listing positive things about this apartment, but there are other guests who already describe more things perfectly. If we ever return to Paris, it will undoubtedly be our first choice. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little further out from the centre of Paris but easily reachable with public transport. There were some lovely local shops and restaurants nearby as well so we didn’t always have to go out of our way to find something. The apartment was just right for two people for a few days :)

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
