In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

Clair et lumineux, cet appartement calme est adapté aux séjours professionnels comme touristiques. Situé au cœur du triangle Angers, Nantes, Cholet, il est proche des sociétés Lacroix (Beaupréau) et Thalès (Cholet) des bords de Loire (20 minutes) ou même du Puy du Fou (40 minutes) et 2km du Cinéville. Refait à neuf en 2024, l’appartement est tout équipé pour 1 à 4 personnes, disponible également pour les très courts séjours (1 nuit).

Ideal for a couple or solo traveler, with a unique terrace to relax after a day at Le Puy du Fou or a stroll in Anjou. The Raz Gué guinguette and a Netto supermarket (open every day) is just a 500m walk away.

Closed until January for the creation of a group cottage and training location. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill). You can enjoy the terrace by the Hyrôme river, and take a boat trip. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

Charmant studio de 24m2 entièrement neuf de plein pied. Il est situé dans notre maison, avec sa propre entrée. Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.

We provide you with everything you need for breakfast. 5 min walk from the train station Puy du Fou 25 minutes by car. Parc Oriental de Maulévrier 15 minutes away. Hellfest 30 minutes away. I will have the pleasure of welcoming you but a key box is available for late arrivals.
