Pleasant stay, the sun allowed us to enjoy the terrace overlooking the common garden with the accommodation opposite which also belongs to Jean-Claude. Although very close to the city center, the place is quiet.

A true haven of peace! The house is really cute, you can feel that the owners really want to do everything in the best way: the little touches, the decoration, the quality of the furniture and the renovation. The same goes for the garden, which is magnificent and invites you to relax and disconnect. A little paradise that makes you want to come back.

Very tranquil with an extremely comfortable bed. We would have stayed longer if possible. Proximity of boulangerie and little restaurant was a boon! Perfect if you are looking for peace & nature.

I only spent one night here, but everything went very well. The place was comfortable and as advertised. The host was very welcoming and attentive — I even received a small welcome gift: a delicious local cake! A nice gesture that makes all the difference. We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Impeccable and spacious accommodation, with really all the amenities with a very large terrace just facing the sea. Pets allowed. Quiet and off-center location with a sandy beach at mid tide between cliff areas. Possible walks from the accommodation (to Caesar's field. Home surf spot... just leave the apartment with your board. Many stores within 3 km for shopping. 10-12 min from the center of Dieppe by car. Warm welcome and advice from Céline. Enough to have a good vacation...

Responsive host. We had not been able to open the code box on arrival, Grégoire was responsive and immediately responded. The accommodation matches the photos perfectly, very clean, it smells good when you enter. There is the necessary equipment. Clean bedding. Couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi but I could see that it works perfectly. It was a good stay. Thank you.

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It will be at Swan, or not at all!

We had an exceptional stay, the apartment was impeccable, the residence secure and close to the beach and restaurants; Olivier was very attentive and recommended activities in Villers that we really enjoyed. I recommend it without hesitating!

If you are coming to Etretat, this is the best view hands down! The beach is simply steps away, and the restaurant downstairs is excellent (Homard Bleu). Everything is a stones throw distance!
