We really fell in love with this place. The setting is charming, with a peaceful garden where we were even able to enjoy some delicious fruits, and an exceptional view. Françoise was very welcoming, always available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for discovering Grande-Terre in a few days. A beautiful place that we would recommend without hesitation!

The stay went very well. The setting was pleasant so much that the checkout was even more difficult than usual. Renaud was perfect throughout the stay. I highly recommend it.

Ingrid’s place was just perfect. Super clean, amazing location, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, beautiful sea view and lovely warm reception from Ingrid as host. Our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer! We highly recommend this beautiful home for a perfect vacation in le Helleux, one of our favourite spots in Guadeloupe. We hope to return soon.

Pleasant accommodation offered by Isly. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighborhood is very nice. The TV offers streaming services like Netflix and the air conditioning works very (too) well! The bathroom is also nice and has hot water. The bedding is comfortable. The outdoor kitchenette is very useful, the only drawback in our opinion is the opposite when you are outside during the day. Apart from that, it's a 10/10

Impeccable accommodation nothing to say perfectly matches the image on the site,very quiet perfect for quiet weekends as friends. The manager of the accommodation is very welcoming even without being on site. I highly recommend it because I will go back.

Very nice accommodation, cozy, pleasant, open with an incredible view of the Gosier Island and Soufriere if it is clear! The host and concierges are very available, accommodating, kind and responsive. We were hosted very well. The accommodation matches the description and photos and is perfectly located at Le Gosier to enjoy the beach of La Datcha (<10min walk) Several shops are nearby as well. We would recommend this listing without problem!

Very welcoming and available family. They took great care of us throughout the stay. They made us taste fresh coconut, papaya, sugar cane, cinnamon apple... Not to mention Tenessee, an adorable dog. We'll be happy to come back.

We and our dog had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very well equipped for a longer period of time, we didn't lack anything. The outdoor area with the beautiful pool invites you to cool off and unwind. We especially found that we could observe iguanas in peace, which you rarely see otherwise. Sonia and her husband are very nice and communication goes smoothly. We highly recommend this place! Thank you again, we will be happy to come back!

Sebastien kept himself informed of the time of our arrival to welcome us as he should. When we arrived, he welcomed us with great sympathy, and plenty of good advice. He took the time to chat with us. The accommodation is clean, charming and functional. We felt very, very good there. The sublime pool seduced the children! A huge thank you. We had a pleasant stay in this charming place. The place is as described: it is spotless, well arranged and very comfortable. Ideally located, it allowed us to discover the surroundings while offering a haven of peace conducive to relaxation. We spent 12 great nights in this accommodation! Everything was great when we arrived: clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and exactly as in the photos. The location is great, easy to access and perfect for discovering the region while being quiet. The surroundings are super nice, with plenty of things to do nearby: walks, restaurants, visits, nature... impossible to get bored. It was really nice to be able to vary the activities every day. And a big thank you to our host, always available, super nice and super responsive. We felt welcome from start to finish. We recommend it!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

Very good stay in this accommodation , very cozy , beautiful outdoor space, very functional and spacious accommodation. Close to the center of Saint and Saint Francis , in a quiet area . Great welcome , we even had a bottle of welcome punch, this small gesture made us very happy . I would recommend it without hesitating . Thank you

everything was perfect, (former hotel site). Small private beach, infinity pool overlooking the sea. Food truck on site in the evening except on Tuesdays. Everything is said in the listing. I will definitely go back next time. Marion was always there when needed.

A little slice of paradise on a paradisiacal island! The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and very pleasant. François is a very discreet and friendly host, who even made us enjoy one of his delicious papaya from the garden! We would have stayed a few more days to enjoy the calm and zen of this place.

The accommodation was impeccable and very well located in addition to quiet , the host is very friendly and attentive and in case of request she responds right away ( biafine for my daughter), the activities are very close for some, the food stores are very close and beaches too. I would recommend this place 100% as well as these very nice hosts.

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.
