Florence was an exceptional host. Very warm and available. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The added bonus was the pool. In summary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to this rental. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to discover Nouméa in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We hope to be back soon.👍

We had a great time at Eve's place! The house is located in a very quiet location, ideal for resting and relaxing by the pool. In addition, Eve was very accommodating for check-in , which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

I had a very good stay in Edith's chalet. The welcome was warm and the place is very nice.

There was 6 of us friends and 1 toddler and the place was so great for us to enjoy ourselves. It felt very private and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the undercover outdoor area was the best for nighttime! Morgan was super accommodating and helpful. We would stay again!

I loved this home. It's very rustic and ideal for people that love something different. Marie and Benoit were very responsive and incredibly proactive in their welcome to us. We were really appreciative of that. The home comes life at night time with the lighting, the wooden finishes, the open feel and the sound of the river/creek at the back of property. Loved my stay at Line and Pascal's! Very responsive and welcoming hosts. The apartment, well equipped and perfectly arranged, is in a peaceful and secure setting! Private parking inside the residence is a real plus! Highly recommend... and most importantly, I'll be back with pleasure!

Housing located in a quiet neighborhood and in 1 street with little traffic, close to bays and restaurants, large and well-equipped. Its large openings allow for a very pleasant natural lighting. Xavier is very responsive and available. This is our second stay at Xavier's and we are still very satisfied. We will go back without hesitation.

Well-organized welcome, despite a late arrival, Sébastien is a very responsive host who was able to respond quickly and efficiently to our requests. Our exchanges with him were very pleasant and very interesting and allowed us to better understand what is currently happening in New Caledonia. We recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay at Rachel's apartment and loved the area. The apartment has all the basics and was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with easy walking access to groceries, shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. We would definitely book again on our next visit!

Our stay here was perfect! The view and the convenience is perfect. The apartment has the main amenities you need on holiday for dining in or for snacks if you’re not on a budget. It’s so convenient having parking available if you decide to hire a car. We became addicted to latalier gourmand (the patisserie a 5 min walk away! ) and pizza and pasta that is in the same complex. We highly recommend staying here. And Romain & Lucy were excellent hosts and very easy to contact . We will definitely be back.

Elisabeth's accommodation is just perfect for short or long stays. The view from the terrace where you can eat is just breathtaking. Elisabeth is a lovely, helpful, caring and available host. I therefore recommend this linen very well located in the Sainte Marie neighborhood, a safe and family neighborhood with its ideal park for walks.

Amazing views, especially sunsets! We just enjoyed relaxing with a breeze through the suite, but also enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shoreline walks. This was one of our many AirBnB stays over the years!!

10-day stay in Noumea in this home. Excellent time. Charming garden. Feeling safe. Quiet. Impeccable air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and "small food" (salt, pepper, nescafé...). With a bottle of fresh water in the fridge upon arrival, I would have given a sixth star! 😅
