Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

The Rochambeau vineyard dates back to 1781 in the heart of the Aubance vineyard. This small pavilion created in the 19th century by the Master of the premises to play billiards has just been completely renovated and is ideally available to a couple. The Rochambeau pavilion has a main room with a living-dining room overlooking a large outdoor terrace. You will have an equipped kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom (view of the vineyard on all sides)

Beautiful fun renovation. Relaxation guaranteed with central balneo bathtub (water replacement at each rental) and king size bed. Stunning direct and panoramic view of the Louet. The beach is 2 steps away (3mn walk). Fully equipped apartment (oven, coffee machine, ...). TV with Netflix access included. Linens are provided (bed sheets, bath sheet, tea towels,...). The place is professionally maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene guaranteed.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed.
