Charming T3 in the centre of the island

Beautiful apartment in a quiet and ventilated subdivision. Close to the airport, in the center of the island, at the heart of the activity: 5 min from La Galleria shopping center, close to all amenities including the Chu 10 min drive. It is composed of two bedrooms with air conditioning, one living room overlooking a kitchen open by a bar as well as a closed terrace. The accommodation is on the second and top floor without elevator access. Outdoor parking with an assigned space, which is rather rare in the area.
