I recommend to rent this villa in La Marsa Tunisia! Very nice villa and the location is perfect if you are going to Beaches around and if you are going to Sidi Bou Said which takes about 10 minutes by car or if you are going to Tunis, which is 20 minutes by car. I recommend this home to those who are several or smaller family , you feel at home and very clean, it was in the home and Mehdi and his Dad was very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out! If I come back to Tunisia, this is the villa I come and rent! Best place to stay I rented from AirBnb.

Great great great location. Friendly and responsive hosts. The apartment is beautiful and the view is unbeatable. Only two things to improve for the future: WiFi that covers the whole apartment and fixing some light fixtures/outlets that don’t work. Great place! Would stay again and would recommend to anyone coming to Sidi Bou Said!

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything one would need. It is ideally located in a pleasant neighborhood with the train station and ruins of Carthage just a short walk away. Very good and helpful communication with the host. When my friend was worried she would miss her flight, Chawki picked up her suitcase, and brought it to her after we had checked out. He refused compensation for this extra time showing how committed the hosts are to their guests! And yes the view, the terrace, and garden do not disappoint

Good evening, So as for the Villa, it's beautiful! The bedrooms and all the rooms are spacious, it is furnished as if it lived in it so it is not empty. Outside and even more pretty. Extremely well lit with sublime sets of lights at night. Spacious, deep pool, with its slide and diving rooms and especially the waterfall! Garden with clean and well-equipped lawn (table, nice BBQ, swing...) As for Nabil, a welcoming, helpful person! I have nothing to say about renting this villa, I even recommend it! (I even took one more night so much we were comfortable there)

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Amazing! The home is stunning and immaculate. Truly home design magazine worthy. The pool is lovely and comfortable and a great way to relax and cool off. The roof deck is spacious and also well designed. Beautiful sunsets and a fun place to watch the hustle and bustle of Sidi Bou Said. Location cannot be beat. Communication with the host was a breeze. Kudos to Olfa for creating such an outstanding home and AirBnB experience. Looking forward to booking again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Dream Villa hosted by The Landlord. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome package set the tone for a memorable visit. The hosts were fantastic—super professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, which made us feel truly taken care of. The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. Me, my husband and our three kids aged 8, 7 and 4 had a fantastic time at Bilel's ground floor villa. We enjoyed the heated pool and the accommodation itself was very spacious. The villa is located on a quiet side road, only several minutes' stroll from breakfast eateries and ice cream parlours. Just a few minutes' drive from Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa beach, we felt very lucky to have picked such a great location and place to stay for our holiday. Bilel is a gent and looked after us well before check in with all the information that we needed and during our stay. We would love to come back.

Mrs. Souad est was just BEAUTIFUL humanly and professionally! She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived! Sumptuous villa, bright cleanliness, very impressive design of the villa with the round stay overlooking the pool and fireplace and the well-crafted spiral garden and trees. Conveniently located!!!Restaurants and shops within walking distance. The train station for Sidi Bou Said, Carthage and Tunis at 50 meters . Leda is a super responsive host with great communication. Thank you for everything

I'll preface this by saying I'm an American. I don't speak French. I've never been to Tunisia before. None of that kept Hassen from wanting to help us or from taking care of us. Hassen and his team were amazing. The place is wonderful and having access to the Club's amenities is a huge bonus. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. Hassen was communicative and helped us with some special requests centering around our very young children. The view from the upper balcony is incredible. I can't recommend enough staying here, especially for the very reasonable price.

Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!

We loved the neighborhood in which the Airbnb is located. Its traditional decoration puts us directly in the mood and is very warm. The Airbnb is quiet and relaxing. Thank you!
