Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Kram

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist wirklich ein absolutes Highlight. Ahmed selbst ist sehr nett und war rund um die Uhr super zu erreichen. Er hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und angeboten uns auch wieder zum Flughafen zu bringen. Die Leute am Strand waren allesamt sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem war es ein wirklich netter Aufenthalt und eine schöne Auszeit fern ab vom Alltag.

Nous avons apprécié l accueil de Chawki , la propreté et le style de l appartement. Il est à 15 minutes max de sidi bou said, la goulette et Tunis centre en voiture . Et à 3 km max de tous les sites historiques de Carthage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Choukran Chawki pour votre gentillesse.

Le logement est magnifique. J'adore le style avec des pierres et du marbre beige un peu partout. Parfaitement équipé. La nuit on peut entendre un peu la route dans 2 des chambres car elles sont du côté route (ce n'est pas une route très passante pour autant). La chambre parentale (avec salle de bain attenante) est plus calme car du côté port. Le reste du logement est très calme. L'emplacement est super, dans une zone propre et calme de Tunis. Hedia nous a très bien accueillis et s'est rendue disponible même à 5h du mat' pour notre départ ! Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien dans ce logement. Nous referions le même choix sans hésiter !

heureusement que je n'ai pas tenu compte de l'avis négatif du locataire precedent, rien de ce qu'il a mentionné est correct bien au contraire, comment peut on raconter autant de mensonges sur cette location. mon metier me permet de voyager très souvent, je ne me suis rarement senti autant chez moi durant un voyage, merci et encore merci Myriam pour cette accueil et tout c'est petit plat que tu nous a préparé. je reviendrais certainement meme si moi mémé j'ai une maison à Tunis

Io e il mio partner abbiamo alloggiato per più di un mese nella dimora di Mourad. La casa è spaziosa, corrispondente alle foto, ha in generale tutto il necessario per viverci. È inoltre perfetta se la propria permanenza prevede, oltre che lo svago, il lavoro in remoto, com'è stato nel nostro caso. Il soggiorno e la stanza da letto dotate di due tavoli ci ha consentito di lavorare senza disturbarci a vicenda. Grazie alla posizione e al periodo particolarmente propizio, siamo riusciti a godere di musica dal vivo gratuitamente e comodamente dalla terrazza. Avere il mare a quattro passi è stato un grandissimo e graditissimo privilegio, la ciliegina sulla torta per una permanenza indimenticabile. Con la nostalgia in cuore per aver lasciato Le Kram e l'accogliente casa di Mourad, insha'Allah torneremo al più presto!

Impeccable, maison impeccable

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la marsa, le logement de khansa est très bien situé, très bien équipé et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Les informations communiquées par Khansa nous ont été très utiles. Merci 🌞

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful — every detail was carefully considered to make the stay comfortable and special. The space itself was even better than the photos, which is rare! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed and more. From the cozy touches to the high-quality amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I genuinely felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough — if it’s available, don’t think twice. I’ll definitely be returning!

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Appartement cosy qui correspond aux photos. Parfait pour notre séjour. la terrasse est canon! Appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Quartier calme, à proximité du centre ville à pied. Merci à Émilie pour sa réactivité et sa souplesse pour notre départ !

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

The accommodation is at a fair price. The neighbourhood is very safe. The view is incredible. The host was the nicest I've ever met. They gave us useful recommendations about what to visit and they were very flexible about the check out. Great experience overall. I would toatally recommend!

Un apartament spatios, curat aflat intr-o zona linistita, aproape de plaja si de prncipalele puncte de atractie din La Marsa. Hamdi a fost o gazda excelenta, usor de contactat si mereu de ajutor. Sper sa ma mai intor aici!

Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, belle vue, et les rues adjacentes avec bars et restaurants; très convivial. Je recommande.

Omar est une personne très réactive, au petit soin et très bienveillant. En arrivant très en retard (2h après minuit), nous a attendu et même avec un sourire chaleureux. L’appartement est dans une zone accessible et paisible. Je recommande vivement.

Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. L’appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, pulito e accogliente. La terrazza sicuramente dà un tocco in più, molto piacevole cenarci la sera. C’è anche la lavatrice. Marwen è stato molto disponibile ad accoglierci e a farci trovare l’appartamento pronto, ci ha consigliato dove andare a mangiare ed è stato molto gentile a farci fare il check out oltre all’ora indicata. La posizione è comoda per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato!

Bilel est un hôte en or. Il m’a réservé un très bon accueil et on a communiqué durant le séjour quand j’avais qqch a lui demander concernant l’appartement ou l’endroit pour garer la voiture. L’appartement est idéalement situé avec Sidi Bou Said et la Marsa corniche a proximité et l’endroit est totalement calme le soir. C est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer le soir venu. Recommandé à 100%

Excellent logement pratique, très propre et très bien placé à la Marsa. Je le recommande à tout voyageur solo ou couple qui veut un logement central. Chaima était parfaitement réactive 👍🏽
