This fisherman's hut is a haven of peace, a cozy little cocoon. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance: the sea, the city center, shops... The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. The small terrace with its summer kitchen allows you to share convivial moments. Everything is designed to be enjoyed while relaxing. An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best - after the promenade you are standing directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that they work with attention to detail. The personal greeting by our host was particularly nice, who warmly welcomed us and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

Peggy and Marcus are wonderful hosts, and their home is in a perfect location. The house has everything you might need, plus a fantastic balcony/terrace you can enjoy all day. If you ever need anything, Peggy and Marcus are available 24/7 and incredibly helpful. The location is very close to Le Grau-du-roi center and makes it super easy to access restaurants,shops,bakeries,supermarkets,beaches, kitesurfing, horseback riding, jet-skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring nearby neighborhoods. It’s a great place to reconnect with nature while staying comfortable. The house itself is in amazing condition, very functional, and perfect for up to 4–5 guests. We stayed as a couple with our cat — it’s also pet-friendly, which made everything even better. The sunlight in the morning and at sunset hits the balcony beautifully, making it the perfect spot to relax any time of day. Also, don’t miss their lovely waffle shop just downstairs — a delicious taste of Canada you shouldn’t skip! Highly 🫶

Nice spacious quiet accommodation for a weekend by the water

We stayed in Sophie's apartment for ten days with two small children. The beds are a bit hard and the bedrooms face the noisy street. We still had a great vacation and liked the apartment very much. There is everything your heart desires, from the food processor to the sand toys. A really nicely furnished, modern apartment to feel good.

I had a great stay in this apartment in Grau-du-Roi! The apartment was as advertised, clean, well-equipped and very well located, a few minutes from the beach and shops. Ideal for enjoying the seaside. The accommodation was quiet and comfortable, perfect for resting after a day out. I recommend it without hesitating!

The apartment is great, totally in line with the photos and even better! All equipment is listed and present. You are already on vacation when you arrive, thanks to the terrace that offers you a panoramic view of the sea. What could be better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves? That's what holidays by the sea are all about! Direct proximity to the beach, proximity to restaurants on foot, ideally located apartment. No car needed. Johann is very responsive, very clear on the instructions. It was a real pleasure to stay at Johann's place! I would highly recommend.

The devices in the apartment worked perfectly. There is one air conditioner per bedroom. The apartment offers a fantastic view. Communication was very easy and possible at any time. Thank you to Jihane for this short stay in her home. We really enjoyed this very nice, cozy, well-decorated, and very well-equipped apartment. The balcony is also very nice, and perfectly oriented to enjoy it without suffering from the stifling heat. The private parking space allows you to stay serene throughout the stay: park the car and do everything on foot! Very quiet residence at this time, just before the big summer season. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect at the studio level and the balcony allowed for lunch in the sun with a view of the harbor. The place is quiet and very relaxing in April. It's easy to walk to the city center along the sea. I recommend it without a problem. Mireille

Very good location. Raphael is very accommodating and available More than perfect equipment available (paddleboard, 3 electric bikes, etc.). The third place to sleep is cramped because it is above the stairs but it suited us well. Our stay is memorable and to be repeated
