We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well arranged. Communication with Florence is perfect, she is a very responsive and very friendly host. Marie Lise who welcomed us was also very friendly despite our many hours of delay, thank you for the kindness of her welcome. No complaints! No complaints, everything was perfect.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. Super nice and ideally located accommodation 🙂 Close enough to the beaches 🌊 and shops🍴 to go on foot 🚶🏻‍♀️and at the same time quiet with a view of the port.⛵ I really appreciated the gate of the residence directly overlooking the pedestrian dock! No car for 2 days🤩!! Well arranged and pleasant decoration. Our stay was too short to enjoy a bike ride🚲, we'll be back!! Marine and Eddy are very responsive and very kind by message 👍🏻

Wow! The Host's Valerie and Christophe were fantastic. The location was the very greatest thing, Less than 5 mins walk to anything you desire, beach restraunts bars etc. Best location in Cap'De Agde

Very nice apartment, we enjoyed seeing the sea and hearing the sound of water and seagulls. Location is beautiful, everything is on foot and without difficulty. Definitely recommended.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure to cook or just feast. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks . The apartment is comfortable and well equipped , a real little corner of heaven for a relaxing holiday.

Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome.
