Holiday rentals with beach access in Le Grau d'Agde

We had a great time staying with Elodie and her partner. They are very friendly and responsive hosts. The house is very well located; 2 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops within easy walking or driving distance. It's also very easy to park. The terrace is very pleasant, quiet, and the house cool and well equipped. Really no complaints!

The accommodation is really very well placed , we are close to everything. The unit is small but very well arranged . We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days ideal accommodation. The concierge is great . They are a couple , very welcoming , available and responsive, very flexible on schedules . We will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with a wonderful view of the sea

Caroline and Benoit's apartment is warm and functional. You don't get tired of this magnificent sea view. Perfect for spending a few days on Agde and visiting the surrounding area.

We had a great time. The apartment with a large terrace is very beautiful. Parking is wide and accessible with a family vehicle. Finally, it is very well located, close to shops and the port. We were hosted very well by Nicolas.

Second stay in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor. Residence close to Cap d'Agde, amenities and shops, secure and quiet, 2 parking spaces including one in the basement with elevator, small private garden with outdoor furniture. Living area and bedroom with beautiful volumes and very bright. Bathroom with toilet. Comfortable bed. The welcome is punctual, friendly and courteous and the concierge remains attentive. Total satisfaction.

I am delighted with my stay at Roland's accommodation. The location of the apartment is perfect: just a gate separates us from the beach, close to the port center and restaurants, while being slightly out of the way to be quiet. The apartment is cozy! It felt good there. The sea view from the terrace is superb! A good place to recommend and remember... but shhh! It should not be overused

Accommodation as described, clean and well arranged, the sea view is a real asset, as well as the games room that delighted our 4-year-old daughter. In addition, our hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to arrive a little earlier, thank you again for everything. We would definitely recommend this listing.

What an absolute gem. Wonderful little cottage. Pascale is a super friendly helpful host. Local amenities just a stones throw away. Great. Looking forward to returning next time we're in the area.

Very nice house admirably equipped with beautiful swimming pool, neat garden and very pleasant to stay in. Careful owners, always available and very kind. A destination to recommend without reservation.

Excellent modern house, not far from a beautiful beach. The house is spacious and looks just like the photos - it had all the amenities you would want and the furniture and climate control was perfect. The local area was a bit lively at times, which was nice - most nights this ended at midnight but the house is well sound proofed. Lots of room for everything and well provided amenities. Definitely would recommend.

Very friendly and caring host. Her mom is very helpful. She replaced the broken or missing equipment very quickly. The proximity to the beach, the possibility of taking your pet, the fact of being able to park in the garden, the air conditioning (even if it is a little noisy) are the big pluses of this rental. Thank you to them for the somewhat flexible schedules. Recommended without hesitation.

I had a lovely stay at this place. The flat was clean, well-equipped and as described. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and the neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect for relaxing. Host was responsive and welcoming, with good recommendations for the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises. Rating: 5/5

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Very good stay at Carole's place. Pleasant living room, functional kitchen and above all nothing missing, it's quite rare. Even basic necessities. Large rooms with good bedding and clean. Very nice exteriors. At the foot of the beaches, shops, market, restaurants... in short, the best. Delighted, looking forward to coming back one day :)

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. We had a great time (far too short), and we would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment. Martine and Pascal

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had a lovely stay! The location is super ideal, we did almost everything on foot (the port, the restaurants, the beach...). The accommodation is simple and nice, very quiet, there is what you need, we just found that it was very hot (no air conditioning) but fortunately there is a powerful fan. Also, there are quite a few places around, not too far away, to park. I recommend this simple, efficient and very well located accommodation ☺️
