This place is just perfect! The pool is very clean and the beach is very close! There are a ton of things to see in Guadeloupe! José and Stéphanie, his daughter, are good advice to make our trip unforgettable. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant and warm comfort. The location is advantageous sinceit is near Pointe-à-Pitre airport and several beaches that you can visit. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to go back!

Good size property with three double bedrooms. Very large bathroom with a washing machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen for either short stay or long stay. Overall a very clean place and it also felt very safe. There is outdoor seating in the terrace next to the garden which has several fruit trees. Lucette was very helpful and always replied promptly. We had a night flight and Lucette was accommodating, allowing a late check out. Thank you for a great stay.

We spent a night at Lanoze. Very welcoming host. Ideal location to then go to the ferry terminal.

Excellent stay at Jean-Philippe's for 15 days. It really felt like a home away from home. The setting is just BEAUTIFUL. In short, it's a favorite stay and a place that I would recommend without a second thought. Not to mention the warm welcome of the hosts and their flexibility.

I lived there for 50 days, nothing but pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. It goes so far as to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

Great value for money. Living in Guadeloupe myself, this is totally the kind of place I was looking for to get away from the everyday. The residence is well secured. Even for a single woman who wants to stay there, you can go there without a second thought!

We were delighted with the stay with our host, the Villa is very well ventilated by the trade winds and we were able to enjoy the large terrace with a great view. The property is very well maintained (swimming pool, lawn). Kimathy is a very friendly host that I would definitely recommend.

Very nice collaboration. Hosts very available, responsive and friendly. A 20 minute walk there is the port with some shops. On the other hand, no restaurant nearby. If you arrive late, plan.

We had a great time in this spacious and comfortable home. The hosting was warm and thoughtful. The house is very well-equipped and convenient on a daily basis. Its location in Le Gosier is perfect for exploring all of Guadeloupe, both Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre. I highly recommend it!

Seemingly very spacious and well-equipped. The rooms are nice with comfortable and air-conditioned bedding. Very convenient parking spaces because it's difficult to park in the neighborhood. Odile is very nice and accommodating for check-in and check-out. Corresponds to the idea we had of the Gosier hotel district. Water outages are common in the neighborhood (every day for a few hours about us) but bottles provided for this purpose do the trick. The view is not exceptional (parking and hotel opposite) but quiet and as described.
