Townhome holiday rentals in Le Gosier

The hosts were very welcoming. The place is true to the pictures. Beautiful and very well decorated. All appliances were in good condition and functional. No water or electricity issues. Pharmacy, groceries and restaurants are few minutes away on the same street. The place is good value for money.

Very nice place, as pictured, private, quiet and good location! It's in town but you feel like you're isolated because of the arrangement of the place around the pool. It's right next to a supermarket so very convenient! The marina where there are several good restaurants is only a 10-minute walk away. The Rotonde market where there are many local products (fruits, jams, spices, etc.) is also about a 10-minute walk away. You are less than a 30-minute drive from several beautiful beaches (Caravelle, Bois-Jolan, Grande Anse des Salines). I recommend it! Don't hesitate! The only small points I could note are sewer smells in the upstairs bathroom and the internet not working well on the 2nd floor. But that shouldn't stop you! The pros far outweigh the cons!

1- Martine and Claude are great hosts 2- The accommodation is very well located near the city center of Sté -Anne (500-750m) 3- there is nearby (less than 20 m), a Pizzeria, a Portuguese chicken restaurant, a fish tartare restaurant, a fishmonger depending on the arrival and a Poke Bowl! 4- a semi-private beach ( during my stay there were never more than 8 people) 5- Great sunrise and sunset.

Very nice owner. House well located and consistent with the photos. Located 5 minutes from the beach, a pleasure, a very quiet neighborhood. In addition, the owners pick you up at the airport and bring you back, really a plus, thank you again. We would definitely recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Xavier’s place. He was very nice as to offer to take us from the airport. The apartment is sunny and with bright colors and 10 minutes walking from the beach. Unfortunately, because there was a flooding in the past, there is some dampness issue that can cause respiratory problems for people with allergies, such as myself.

Very peaceful cottage, exactly as in the pictures. Everything is functional and ready to welcome you. The pool is indeed very large and secure. Germain is a very present host and can be reached at all times. You are in the center of the island so everything is accessible in 1 hour max.

We enjoyed our stay at Peggy's place immensely: Close to amenities, the accommodation is nice and well appointed. It's possible to do everything you need on foot and that's great! The city of the mussel is also lively. We will be back without any worries if we get a chance. Peggy's father who welcomed us was also very kind and we give him a hello👋🏾.

2nd stay for us at Harold's. Indeed, the accommodation is well located and is quiet. We are well settled, we have all the necessary equipment to spend a peaceful stay. The pool at the back is quiet and not overlooked.

Spacious, functional and clean accommodation. There is Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other. The environment is very quiet. Very easy to access there is also a location for the car right in front of the door. Check-in and check-out are self-contained. The wifi network is impeccable. Very beautiful loft on the gosier with a crazy view of the marina, Laurent and Pauline were very responsive, we highly recommend!!

Emillienne offers us a very charming place in the heart of the village of Pointe Noire. Nearby is the bakery, small grocery store and pharmacy. By car, you can enjoy the central location near several tourist sites.

During our stay, we enjoyed the pool and spa, it was very pleasant. The place is quiet. We were lucky to meet the neighbor who offered us fruit from his garden. Camille's welcome was great.

Great place and great hospitality from our hosts. If we were to return to Guadeloupe we will return to this accommodation without hesitation. What a goodthing!!! We would highly recommend.
