The house is close to the medieval town of Bergerac and the vineyards and wine routes of Bordeaux. This luxury cottage has been beautifully refurbished with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), fabulous fully fitted kitchen with range cooker and utility room, dining room, sitting room and grounds of 6 acres including a massive heated pool (from May).
