We had a great time. There are many activities in the surrounding area: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

A small house so warm, we immediately feel the love and care that Andreea gives to her AirBnB. Andreea is very accessible, she gives a lot of information and answers my questions. Gilles space was perfect for us. The warm and authentic environment made us feel very comfortable after spending some long days travelling and camping. We would recommend his place to anyone looking for a restful, cozy accommodation that is close to the beach and offers beautiful sunsets.

I 100% recommend this chalet. Cyril was very proactive, I didn't need to ask for anything. He was able to anticipate all our needs. What can I say about the chalet itself, it is beautiful. Even better than in the photos and impeccably clean. Everything was set up so that we were comfortable.

Beautiful spacious house, with a great view of Lac St-Jean in the distance. Very clean, welcoming. A small fenced courtyard as a bonus for the dog. Comfortable beds, very quiet area.

We stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer! The views were spectacular from all three floors. The house was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. There was plenty of room for the eight of us, with many separate, open areas so that we never felt crowded or cramped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and there was plenty of room to cook a big meal and share it together in the dining area. The coffee was excellent, but unfortunately there was only enough coffee provided for one small pot. Tip: if you can’t find the entry code or the wifi password in the app in English-language instructions, look in the French instructions. That’s what we had to do to find them. Coffee and in-app instructions aside, we completely enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again in the future.

Audrey and Matthew go above and beyond to make their place feel like home. It was incredibly clean and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of essentials and even some snacks, chocolate, milk and water. Having access to the pool, hot tub and cozy back porch was really nice. There were plenty of stores and restaurants a short drive away.

Pavillon 1 was nothing short of magical. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. The modern cabin's thoughtful design seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. Scandinavian-inspired interiors, heated concrete floors, and a fully equipped kitchen let you prepare meals using local ingredients. The location is perfect—secluded enough for total peace yet just 15 minutes from La Malbaie. Other local attractions are an easy drive away. This cabin in an architectural gem was the ideal base for a winter escape. It is a must-stay for anyone seeking to experience the raw beauty of Quebec's winter landscape in elegant comfort.

Beautiful site, very well maintained. Everything you need to cook was there. We had a little problem with the smoke detector which was quickly fixed by the host (battery to change). I would like to go back in summer to enjoy the patio, outdoor fire pit and river. I'll keep it in my favorites. Thanks.

Really a wonderful place near several tourist attractions but still in a quiet place with direct access to the lake. Martine is very quick to answer our questions and she is very friendly. We'll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Kanawata. The cottage was beautiful - very spacious, amazing amenities, comfortable, clean and beautiful views and surroundings. The pool table and arcade games were a big hit with our kids (who are in their early twenties), and the sauna and hot tub were a bit hit with all of us. The surroundings are spectacular, with lots of hiking trails nearby. The town of La Malbaie was about a 15 minute drive with lots of shops and restaurants. Sylvie was an excellent host - very responsive and gave us lots of great local recommendations. I would highly recommend if you are visiting the region with a larger group - any time of year!

A location in the middle of the forest, quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for to rest and take a break in the middle of nature. Note the extremely kind cooks.

Great cottage! :) Very clean, quiet, well-equipped and well-located. We loved the spa and the indoor propane fireplace. We had a pleasant stay and would return to this cottage anytime! :)

We had a great stay. We would have stayed much longer. We felt right at home. Everything is there! The bedding is comfortable, the accommodation is very well-equipped (both in terms of the kitchen and the bathroom). It had everything you needed, sugar, coffee, oil! In the bathroom, we enjoyed the soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, numerous towels and the washing machine and dryer. We appreciated the storage space for clothes, hangers. The environment is very pleasant and very quiet. We did not take advantage of the outdoors but we found it very pleasant and well-equipped (brasero, barbecue, green space) The accommodation is excellent! Eric is responsive and very friendly.

Stephanie was very friendly and helpful! We were running a lil late but she was flexible with our plans. The 5-star farm had lots to and she had helped us arrange whale watching and also helped take care of our dogs while we did the activity. We got upgraded to the chalet because they had issues with the electricity and it was beyond beautiful but I’m sure the yurt would have spectacular views as well!

Second stay here, always a pleasure. The proximity of Mont-Édouard is very appreciable: 10 minutes by car. Great trails accessible directly behind the house. Beautiful old chalet-style house, very warm. The wood stove is a must: remember to pick up wood at the hardware store, it is not provided automatically.
