Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Le Controis-en-Sologne

As a couple we had a great time in this apartment. The place is cozy, very good quality and very clean. The bathroom is great and the bed is very comfortable. The little apple juice and cookies were a very pleasant plus. In addition, we were able to store the bikes we rented in a garage that we had autonomy Antoine and Claire welcomed us warmly and are kind and caring hosts. Claire drove us to the train station because we were walking and it was raining ropes, which was a great help, a thousand thanks. I would recommned this property.

Great find! A perfect place for visiting Blois. Close to the center and very close to good restaurants and a boulangerie.

The accommodation is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood close to the historic center of the city. It also offers a beautiful view of the Loire and the castle! We particularly appreciated the tranquility of the place.

Pleasant stay in Benoît's Gervaisien apartment. The apartment is impeccable, identical to the photos and very quiet. With a small gift upon our arrival. Great communication. Benoît is very responsive to messages and flexible on the arrival schedule. The key box for self check-in and check-out is really a plus. Ideally located for visiting castles and walks nearby. I recommend it without hesitation. 😊

Loved the place, large beautiful green outdoor space. It was quiet and spacious space. Outdoor furniture. Secure premises. Philippe and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. The bakery a few doors down beside the meat market is to die for! The train station is a 7 minute walk away. Pleasant walk across the river to old Ambois town centre.

Highly recommended. Sophie is incredibly responsive and helpful. Her place is fantastic and is one of, if not the best equipped Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot all over the US and Europe). Super comfortable all around and a spectacular central location. Ample free parking under a minute walk from her door. Multiple great restaurants within a five minute walk.

The location is peaceful and ideal for exploring the Loire Valley, yet still close enough to shops, vineyards, and picturesque villages. Our host was warm, responsive, and clearly passionate about sharing this lovely home. It’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the region. We spent 3 days at Lydie's. No complaints, everything was perfect! the house is great, very clean, very functional and the bedding is great! Parking large enough to park our long vehicle and enclosed garden for children. Lydie and her husband are super nice and very welcoming. I highly recommend .

We had a very good stay with friends and our children. Christophe welcomed us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available if needed but everything necessary was already in place to have a good stay! I highly recommend it!

You can't find a better service that perfectly matches the description on the site. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or proposal for improvement are very commendable. But as it is specified in many opinions published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already at the top. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the general situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their place.

We had a great time at Marie-Paule's house with our 15-month-old daughter. The apartment is spacious and nice. We enjoyed the terrace which is a real plus! The apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils etc. and it is right next to the train station and Château de Blois so very well located. We'll be happy to go back!
