Family-friendly holiday rentals in Le Chinaillon

Marie is a superb, warm and helpful host. The space matches the description very well and is of high quality. We spent 4 days with the family in this beautiful and relaxing setting. The spa, with the outdoor hot tub, allows you to experience moments of relaxation in all conviviality! We'll go back!

We had a very good stay, and slept very well in a warm and very clean trailer. We will return during our next stay without hesitation.

Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. Nordic bathing is a plus. The hikes nearby are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

We had a great time! The view was amazing, and we loved the jacuzzi and sauna. We grilled outside and enjoyed perfect weather. The best part was canyoning with the kids just 10 minutes away. We’ll definitely come back!

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness

Atypical accommodation with beautiful exteriors. The rooms are large and the character of the building has been preserved even with the addition of modern services. Very warm and simple welcome. We immediately feel at ease. The region offers many activities even if the desire to stay at the castle to enjoy is great :-) Ideal family stay, thank you very much.

It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Our arrival was made very easy with clear instructions and the key box. The accommodation was clean and it provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend booking this!

Nathalie's accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains with a fantastic panorama. The view from the dining table is truly unique, it is a pleasure to see the sun rise in the morning. Truly a magical place. The cottage lacks nothing, even tea, coffee, oil, etc. are available. Thank you for the nice time and the good directions (if you stick to them, you can't really miss it).

David was very nice and helpful. The accommodation was nice and there was everything you could need, but maybe a little small for 4 people. Comfortable bed. We had a few problems with the check-in, since I didn't have internet on my phone and I didn't know exactly where we would find David, but after a few minutes he still came to meet us and everything was resolved for the best. Excellent and simple check out. Highly recommended!

We spend a lovely long weekend relaxing by the pool. Was fantastic for the children, and fully equiped for a carefree stay. Just to note, which Flore did explain, the google maps/gps will lead you to an incorrect indentical address 20 mins away so be very vigilent with ordering ubers etc when imputting the address. All and all a lovely experience. Will come again!

We had a very good week at Lorraine's, the accommodation is very well thought out with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's a luxury skiing! It is part of a residence with swimming pool, the services are good levels and it is a few minutes walk from the eggs that go up to the top of the resort. With snow, it's even accessible by ski! I wholeheartedly recommend staying! Thanks for everything!

A superb view of the mountains, the accommodation is quiet with the bells 🔔of the cows 🐄 in the background, making our stay very exotic. I recommend it!

The guide is very convenient and can be found. We are Chinese and don't know how to use a lot of things. The host helped us with everything.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...
