Excellent second stay in Marie-Christine's pretty house who is a very nice host. The house has all the necessary amenities. The bedding is very comfortable and we are sensitive to it. A veranda allows you to soak up the sun and brings appreciable warmth to the month of April which is still cool. The beach just behind the house is accessed by a path that runs along the house. The location of the house is perfect (quiet and very close to the center and tennis club that we frequent a lot). We will definitely return for a moment of relaxation and assured relaxation. We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

Lovely spacious house in quiet location with beautiful garden. La Flotte (centre and port) is walkable and there is parking in front of the house. The wifi is not very good but we had a wonderful time.

the house is pretty and modern. everything is well studied. the equipment is very complete. ideal for 2 couples because 2 separate sleeping areas. located 2 steps from the port and the city center. we will come back.

Just back from an incredible 5 day stay to celebrate my birthday with friends. This is one beautiful place which is even prettier in reality. The location is excellent in order to walk to the town and the beach. There is a bus service to and from the airport and La Rochelle within a 5 minute walk from the property. It’s a must visit place on a stunning island.

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

Thomas and Barton's place is as described in previous reviews and we were pleasantly surprised at the bright and fresh decor on arrival. Centrally located within the island, it is an ideal base for cycling yet just far enough away from the hustle of St. Martin. All kitchen equipment was as expected and the two ring hob confirmed as in pictures. The clock chimes (silent at night) in the adjacent clock tower added character. We loved them. Thomas and Barton were knowledgeable, helpful and engaging hosts who maintained our privacy. The property is managed by Christopher and his team. It has out recommendation and we will happily return given the chance!

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Pascale and Laurent's beautiful, very well-equipped and characterful home! A perfect place for a family gathering, with spacious and comfortable living spaces inside and out to chat and relax and the sparkling pool and table tennis table for a little light exercise! The fascinating historical port city of La Rochelle is less than half an hour away by bus and the Atlantic with access to coast paths is nearby. We enjoyed a visit to the Sunday market in the square in Nieul sur Mer followed by un petit cafe en terrasse at the inviting and friendly Bistrot de la Place. We much appreciated the possibility of an early check in and Stephanie, Pascale and Laurent's local agent, was most helpful as well as friendly and welcoming, responding immediately to any queries we had. Merci beaucoup!!

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its likeness is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! All communication with Kasia and Anthony, and with Sandrine on site, went very well, everything was simple and smooth. Thank you very much

Very pleasant stay in a functional and well-equipped house. The location close to the port of La Flotte is ideal. The veranda and pool provide real extra comfort. We recommend this address without hesitation.

Very nice family stay with good weather, everyone enjoyed the safe pool for children, very clean rental with three bathrooms with shower, so no waste of time waiting for everyone. Marie-Noelle is a very warm and welcoming person. I recommend the rental, because it's very quiet and close to shops.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!
