Caroline is a welcoming, considerate, attentive and discreet host, but also very responsive. Located in a quiet alley, the house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and bright with its double orientation and two small gardens: a beautiful olive tree allows you to sit in the shade, to enjoy the song of the blackbirds. It is well equipped, with a large fridge-freezer and a nice TV for rainy days. The center is within walking distance and there is a bike rental 3 minutes from the house. Loix is a pretty village, well placed to discover the island by bicycle. It has a nice market with cafes and restaurants, a small library and an artisanal area with a beautiful bookstore specializing in the restoration of old books and a honey shop for foodies. If necessary, there is a laundromat in La Couarde, the neighboring village. A perfect place to stay to rest and take beautiful walks between Saint-Martin, Ars, the lighthouse, the marshes and the beaches.

An excellent stay in La Couarde in this accommodation Clean, very well decorated, very well equipped, very comfortable, with a pleasant and well-equipped outdoor space and close to the city center, the tourist office and shuttles for the whole island (ideal when you come without a car) Some suggestions: - offer a map of the island and shuttle schedules (we left some) - Make the operating instructions for the household appliances available: a little complicated with the coffee maker...😊

We had a great stay at Frederics place. It’s wonderfully located and in a quiet area. It was spacious with lots of room! Everything was clean and well maintained. A big garden which was perfect for my children.

We had a pleasant stay at Sylvia and Alain's. We were 6 adults and 3 children and the accommodation offers everything you need. The big plus, in our opinion, is the terrace and the outside, secure, pleasant and in the shade, to enjoy the beautiful spring and summer days. The city is quickly accessible by bike. Alain and Sylvia are discreet and yet caring hosts. We recommend the address 😁

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to the city center of La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

We had a very good stay in this apartment on the occasion of a wedding in the area. The location is perfect, very central, which allowed us to do everything on foot. Great for a weekend with girlfriends! Very nice accommodation with its shaded garden and a beautiful wooden terrace to relax around the pool without overlooking. The interior decor is very neat. The large living room is ideal for gathering and cooking. The bedding is comfortable and the place is well equipped. A warm welcome upon arrival. Listing matches photos. We had a lovely stay at Angélique and Christophe's. The house was well located, comfortable and well equipped. Angelique was very responsive on the phone. The instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minutes' walk from the port of La Flotte where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a market... And there is a beautiful beach 10 minutes away. The pool is very clean, heated and part of it is quite deep (2.20 m) so great for swimming a little. We recommend this family accommodation

We rented the house for a group of 10 people and everything went perfectly smoothly. The place was exactly as described: very clean, well arranged and perfectly functional for a group stay. The host was extremely responsive, available throughout the stay, and very accommodating, including accepting a late checkout. We had a great time — I recommend

David-Paul's house is the ideal home base for exploring the whole island. It is very nice and decorated with a lot of taste. It can come right out of a booklet. All materials are quality and the bed has a particularly good mattress. It is also very cozy in the evenings. The garden is large enough to be able to crawl away in every corner with a good reading book and a bag of coffee or aperitif. A blissful place to stay. If we are back in the area, we will definitely come back here. It was not rented on our last day and were allowed to check out what time we wanted. Particularly thoughtful of David-Paul. A top stay. Great stay at Catherine's, Catherine's house is very nice, the weather allowed us to spend most of the time outside (garden completely enclosed by walls) An older part with two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, connects to a modern part. (beware of dangerous stairs as mentioned in the listing and quite far from the rest of the house: I found it convenient for the baby to sleep quietly but can be boring if there are no other adults upstairs) We didn't miss anything, lots of equipment and a very nice plancha! In the immediate vicinity of the port, free parking 10-15 minutes' walk away Catherine is a very friendly and available host! I recommend it:)

Great house for two families sharing on vacation, every detail taken into account (band-aids and sun cream in the bathroom, shampoo and shower gel in the showers, e.g.). Really nice living room and kitchen area. We loved our stay!

We loved the house... incredible location close to the sea and the centre of La Flotte, but away from the noise and bustle. The house sits in the middle of its own walled garden, safe for pets and very, very private. Lots of space to park 2/3 cars as well though the little road to the house is quite narrow. Our mini fitted fine! Audrey and Catherine were super responsive too. Thank you La Flotte for a wonderful holiday!

the house is pretty and modern. everything is well studied. the equipment is very complete. ideal for 2 couples because 2 separate sleeping areas. located 2 steps from the port and the city center. we will come back.
