Holiday rentals with a patio in Le Blanc-Mesnil

Astrid's apartment is impeccable, completely refurbished, in an extremely quiet neighborhood (we didn't hear any noise), very courteous and charming neighbors… We slept very well, the accommodation is functional and very tasteful (which doesn't spoil anything and everything was very clean. The view is just incredible although a little far from Paris, even if it is obviously well connected... Impeccable for a tourist stay where you take your time. Astri was very proactive, her indications were very clear and received in a timely manner. Thank you again Astrid… Like the previous comments: you can go there with your eyes closed!!!

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

The apartment is very nice and looks like in the photos. It is very spacious and modernly equipped. Various metro and bus stations are within walking distance. Simo is a great accommodating host who provided us with lots of helpful tips. Everything worked out super easy. Great communication! It is a large modern residential area with some restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We can recommend "Communale Saint-Ouen" - a kind of cultural center with food court in a hall with many stalls of different countries. Very delicious! Great atmosphere, also great with kids. All in all, clear recommendation!

Great stay, apartment was cosy and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the extra towels were a nice touch. Well worth the price, I would return and Nabil was good at communicating.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with all comforts. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

I and my family really enjoyed our stay. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood. The location of the property and the fiber optic internet connection are both excellent.

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us as princes, Iteb took the time to introduce us to the accommodation and explain how each equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is simply stunning! 14m long swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state of the art massage seat! Just awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We were also lucky enough to be able to access his amazing fully equipped cinema for a private session that we are ready to forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to come back! We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
