Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Le Blanc-Mesnil

Le logement nous a beaucoup plu. Nous étions 16 femmes et avons fêté l'enterrement de vie de jeune fille de ma sœur. Nous avions assez de place et les chambres étaient très belles et propres. Je recommande ce logement aux grands groupes. Ed vaut vraiment la peine et on est bien desservi par les transports en commun.

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Un week-end tout simplement magique ! Les enfants étaient émerveillés du début à la fin, tout comme nous. Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de mon conjoint en famille autour d’un barbecue, dans un cadre parfait pour créer de beaux souvenirs. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille, et ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un vrai bonheur pour petits et grands ! Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés. Hote très réactif et super sympa :)

Le logement était parfait pour ce que nous recherchions, petite maisonnette propre et agréable pour un court passage. Je recommande à 100%, il y a également innovation bon rapport qualité prix. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Davi est un hôte très accueillant et je tiens tout particulièrement à les remercier pour la flexibilité des horaires. En ce qui concerne le logement il ne manquait rien tout était parfait 👍🏻 merci à eux pour leur accueil et gentillesse.

L'appartement de José est exactement tel que montré sur les photos de l'annonce. Il est très fonctionnel et dispose de tout, une belle salle de bain, une belle cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, un lave-linge, un espace salon très accueillant avec Wi-Fi et télé et décodeur, 1 très grande chambre. On a pu y dormir à 5 grâce au grand lit, au grand matelas gonflable ultra rapidement et le berceau. Le linge de lit et serviettes de bains sont fournis. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour et s'y sentir comme chez soi. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité de tout à Drancy, 5 min de la grande avenue, 5 min de la gare RER en voiture. L'environnement est calme et très sécurisé; nous avons pu disposer d'un emplacement pour garer notre véhicule à l'intérieur et José est ultra réactif. Vraiment top

Confortable, quiet apartment in Paris suburb, as described, with beautiful trees lining the streets and open air markets in daytime. Several restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Street from RER station to apartment was nearly deserted at night, but local residents were present during the day. Would stay there again.

The apartment is new and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and rest. We choose to stay there because the location on RER B line that also connects to the airport. The station is about 15-20mins walk which is not a lot but adds to your journey. There isn’t much to do in the area so you will probably have to commute to the city. It didn’t bother us but it can be noisy in the evening if you open the window because the balcony faces the train tracks. Overall, we were happy, it’s a good value and close to Paris. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Angenehme, ruhige, warme Wohnung, alles war wie beschrieben, praktische Garage, die sich im EG befindet, wir mussten nicht einmal ein privates Auto benutzen, denn wir brauchten ca. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, ins Zentrum von Paris ca. 40 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Estella, eine sehr nette Person, hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet, was ich sehr geschätzt habe, sehr gut beschrieben, wie man die Wohnung betritt. Nochmals vielen Dank und ich hoffe, dass ich die Wohnung wieder nutzen kann.

Wij hebben drie nachten in dit appartement verbleven en zijn erg tevreden. Het was makkelijk te vinden en we konden gratis parkeren op straat, wat ideaal is als je met de auto komt, zoals wij. Het appartement was ruim en schoon, precies zoals op de foto's. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel; ze reageerde snel op onze vragen. Toen we bijvoorbeeld niet wisten hoe de magnetron werkte, kregen we direct een duidelijke uitleg. Er is een mogelijkheid om met het openbaar vervoer naar de stad te reizen, maar dat hebben wij niet gedaan. Voor ons was dit iets te omslachtig vanwege overstappen. We kozen ervoor om met Uber te reizen, wat erg goed werkte, er was altijd snel een Uber beschikbaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf, vooral als je houdt van rust en niet midden in de drukte van de stad wilt zitten. Je krijgt een groot, schoon appartement in een rustige omgeving.

Tolle Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Perfekt an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angeschlossen um von hier aus Paris zu erkunden. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Beschreibung entspricht der Ausstattung und ist für eine Reisegruppe ideal. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und vier kinder. Sollte ich wieder mal in Paris sein, werde ich aufjedenfall hier wieder anfragen. Besser geht es meiner Meininug nach nicht.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Oliver was really kind and welcoming. As per the property - very safe to stay with family and kids. Groceries and Bakeries with in 2 minutes walking distance. Restaurant ( Halal food ) in 5 min walking distance. RER station in 3 min walking distance. Only thing I struggled with is car parking. Though it’s free on street parking but it was difficult to find spot.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Christelles und Smails Wohnung. Die Nähe zu Paris war perfekt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Paris. Gerne wieder!

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and excellent value—especially for Paris. It’s well-located, just 5-10 minutes walk from a main train station with easy access to public transit and all major attractions within 30-50 minutes using a day pass. Kevin was truly outstanding—friendly, respectful, and one of the best hosts I’ve met. He was very responsive and communicative, and despite being a native French speaker, his English was great. He took time to explain everything clearly during check-in, even though we arrived late at 11 PM. The kitchen had all basics for cooking, and amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and stove matched the listing perfectly. There was a minor quirk with the building door, but Kevin had a simple solution—it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. His warmth and hospitality made us feel at home. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if I return to Paris.
