House holiday rentals in Le Barp

What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Nathalie and Hubert were very kind and friendly. The place was pristine, beautiful and relaxing. You have to hire a car to visit places in Bordeaux but Hubert provided many great suggestions of local wineries and things to do. He was always responsive and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about visiting Bordeaux.

To get closer to the airport, we spent a night at Pascal and Marie's. What to say... everything was perfect, we met Pascal who was very friendly. The accommodation was simply impeccable, very clean, with everything you could need during your stay, and the perfect pool to cool off. For our next visit to the area, we will stay at Pascal and Marie's.

Fantastic hosts, Laurent and Carole could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Amazing welcome package, well appointed kitchen, lovely pool and an abundance of towels. They were very helpful with recommendations and came to say farewell. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Although the place is relatively far from the coast, but it has all the amenities to spend a beautiful family holiday. I want to clarify that the accommodation is clean and the large pool is a real plus that compensates for the distance from the coast. A big thank you to the whole team for the welcome and availability.

nice surprise!!! We are a deaf family, we spent 6 days in this beautiful chalet with modern decor, the place is green, private, ideal for resting and relaxing with the jacuzzi ;) Fabienne and Jean-Noël are kind and pleasant, they are very attentive to us, we highly recommend it without a second thought!!!

It's always a great pleasure to stay at La Lavandine, it's the second time for me that I have had a long stay and what happiness. Karine is a very serious , flexible and welcoming host and the accommodation is impeccable. Communication is great. This house is a real haven of peace, surrounded by greenery and countryside while being very close to shops and the pool. The accommodation is clean, tidy and well-equipped. It was a wonderful weekend with Jean-Charles and Elodie! The Airbnb is like a beautiful moment suspended in a small paradise... inside a beautiful building renovated by Jean-Charles with a sense of respect for the history of the place and a way between tradition and modernity, in the middle of nature. We had a great time!

When you open the door, you discover the beauty of the place. Very well decorated, down to the smallest details. Sarah's cottage in the middle of the vineyard was a great place to stay. It is peaceful and the scenery was beautiful, while being convenient to many areas in the Bordeaux region. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Sarah and her apprentice, Samuel, were very friendly and accommodating. The wine tasting and tour were really interesting. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. Very nice place to stay on our trip, nice and complete apartment with new kitchen and great shower. Everything is really very clean (certainly compared to some other locations) and just about everything is present in the house, even some additional food, pasta, coffee, tea, etc. There is also plenty of space to cook and eat. The immediate area is very quiet, in Dominique's garden, in a quiet street, ideal for resting. Arrival and departure are completely autonomous, but Dominique also made contact himself, which is very pleasant and gives an extra personal touch. We'll definitely be back!

Claudine is a perfect host. She is very friendly and helpful. With her help we found a good restaurant for dinner. The accommodation is of high quality with all what you need. This is a perfect stay for a night or even longer. The environment is very quite and silent. We had a very good night.
