La Villa offre una piscina ad uso esclusivo, ampio giardino attrezzato (lettini, giochi per bambini, patio, doccia esterna con acqua calda, barbecue…) e vasca idromassaggio (con pagamento extra 50€ al giorno; al momento non disponibile). Al piano terra doppio salone, angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, una con un ampio terrazzo con salottino, 2 bagni. Yulia's house is delicious, furnished with comfortable and attention to detail. The beds and couch are super comfy. Thanks to the fans you sleep well even on the hottest nights. Beautiful gardens, very well-kept, shaded and quite ventilated. Absolute highlight: the outdoor shower under a fragrant jasmine. The house's location is strategic to reach the sea (5 min. walk) and shops in the center of Lavinio (5 min.). Yulia is an attentive, thoughtful and very helpful hostess. Communication was perfect from the start. We had a great time with my two kids, Yulia made us feel like we were in our home. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet and cozy place near Rome.

In a very quiet residential setting Downtown and the sea easily accessible on foot The house is very nice A clean and tidy peaceful oasis The swimming pool for exclusive use was a lifesaver on days of heavy heat Flavia and her husband are very kind, present and available Thank you very much, I hope to be back soon Highly recommended

Well organized, clean and practical apartment. There were 4 of us (two adults, a child and a baby). You totally experience the sea and you can relax, despite the young children. You have to climb 5 steps (numbered) and you can take the elevator to get to the beach. The balcony, with sea view, is equipped for eating. The sea at that point is really very clean (the proximity to the Tor Caldara Reserve). Great communication with Manuela, who was very helpful.

This is a beautiful beachside villa with a private pool and wonderful outdoor dining. We enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until the moment we left! The private beach is just a short five-minute walk away. Gloria connected me with Claudia, who was incredibly helpful, hospitable, and full of joy. Note: The pool is on a lower level than the house.
