The home is located in a building that is set back from the road. In a courtyard. The place is very quiet. Cutting noise pollution from the road. A key box allows you to access the accommodation independently. It can accommodate up to 2 people. It is perfect for a couple, student, traveler or professional. It is a 5 min walk from the prefecture, 10 min from Old Laval and its castle, 15 min on foot from the SNCF station. 6 min from the CH de Laval. Parking is free on the street.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Wonderful stay in a charming apartment! I had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful apartment and can only highly recommend it. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the cozy atmosphere and the loving details in the decoration. The location is ideal – quiet yet central. In just a few minutes, you can reach numerous sights, restaurants and shopping facilities. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight was the magnificent view from the balcony, which is perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, so we lacked nothing. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I am looking forward to coming back soon.
