We had such a wonderful stay at Claude’s place! The surroundings were absolutely peaceful and the property itself was picture-perfect—beautifully maintained and equipped with everything you could need. It was especially great for kids 😊 Claude was an exceptional host, welcoming us with a delicious bottle of local juice and sending us off with a generous plateful of homemade crêpes—such thoughtful touches that really made our stay extra special. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge before heading back to Paris and then home. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet, charming escape.

We had a great weekend. relaxing weekend what we needed. my kids loved fishing in Michel's pond. Also available is the ping pong table that we enjoyed too. the setting is peaceful and pleasant. nearby, possibility of taking beautiful walks. thank you to Michel.

We appreciated the historical setting, interacting with the animals, and the beautiful nature surrounding, waking up to the sounds of the birds. The pool was also a big hit as was dining outside.

We had a wonderful few days in the Gite of Chantal. It's a paradise! Beautiful garden with plenty of seats. The gite itself is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. If something was missing, everything was immediately arranged by Chantal. Unfortunately, we could not use the swimming pool but we were reimbursed the entrance from the beautiful swimming pool in Craon so that our boys could still splash for a while. We highly recommend the gite and we hope to come back one day. Olga

Lovely village, beautiful river and miles of walking or cycling along it. The Presbytery is a beautiful old building and gardens right by the river and guinguette.

A fantastic family chateau that accommodated 3 families comfortably, and even nicer in real life than in the photos. Large well kept grounds and loads of space to explore. There is plenty to do in the local area. Basic amenities within a few minutes' drive including a great riverside bistro in Daon, the nearby large town of Chateau-Gontier is 15 mins away while Angers is around 40 mins away for everything a city provides. Highly recommended!

We had a great time with the family. The house is very pleasant to live in, you feel at home. The garden is also very nice, the different spaces are ideally equipped. As for the pool, it was very suitable for our use. We took full advantage of it And finally, Lucille was available and very friendly. Short perfect stay! We recommend.

We loved our stay in Mayenne in this property that perfectly kept all its promises. The host was really friendly and very flexible, which made our arrival and departure much easier.
