House holiday rentals in Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

Beautiful place to stay with a group of 10, just enough space for everyone. Everything was walking distance and cute breakfast spots all around. would 10 out of 10 come back!

We rented the place for friends reunion and it was amazing. Host and co-host both were very responsive, helping. Property was above 5 star with great view. Pool and jacuzzi is definitely worth mentioning for this house. Recommend and Will stay again for sure!

This place was incredible. the pictures don’t do it justice, it was huge. Amid our concierge was so helpful. This mansion is short walking distance from everything. i already can’t wait to come back. thanks Amid and Daniel!

The place was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The host was friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome.

This spot was beautiful. Pictures did not do it justice. Nice and private but close to all the restaurants and bars and a grocery store less than 100 meters away. Host was always available when we needed help. I would highly recommend this host and their properties.

Andres was very responsive and very helpful for everything. Daniel the house assistant was the best. Very attentive to everything. Everything was excellent and a great place. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. Only thing to mention that I don't remember seeing is that there is a host staying with you 24/7 and you cannot enter or leave without them opening the door for you. At first it was a little weird but after a couple days it made sense because of the neighborhood. There are always loitering out front so they want to make sure no one walks in behind you when you enter or leave. The hosts that stay with you are great people and not in your way at all. They're very helpful with recommendations. It wasn't a big deal but it was a surprise at first.

It is a place that I recommend 100%, its location is central, the area is very quiet, the spaces of the apartment are necessary for a good stadium, everything is very clean and corresponds to the publication photos, but above all Luisa is an excellent host, she is always attentive to you, your arrival, that you are comfortable, she advises you with the plans you have, it is a love. I hope to be back soon!

Sebastian was a great host, communication was simple and fast. He was always attentive and ready to respond to our concerns.

This place is a 10/10! Everything is perfect. There are many nice restaurants in walking distance. Most other popular areas are a short uber ride away. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The hosts Alison and Matt are amazing and super friendly. My favorite Airbnb when I’m in Medellín!

Hernando and Santiago were brilliant hosts. They were always available to help with anything we needed and communication throughout was great. The house is perfect for large groups and in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s actually bigger than it looks. Very comfortable all around, loved the showers and the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the view from the balcony and bedrooms was awesome.
