Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Launceston City Council

Nell place is a beautiful place can really feel like at home clean close to everything and a very good host

Our extended family spent 2 nights at Nell's house while in Launceston. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us, across 3 generations. We enjoyed catching the sunrise, and being able to cook up dinner for the entire family in the kitchen and using the grill. It was also a plus that the Trevallyn Nature Recreation Area was just up the road, so some of us got a chance to go on a hike/trail run.

The place was fabulous. Nell was always quick to answer any question we had. I sent my 18 year old daughter there with friends and it was no issue for Nell. The hot tub was ready when they arrived with 38C and they spend quite some time in there! Would definitely come back.

We needed space for 7 people and this place was just the right fit. It was spacious and well equipped. The host was communicative and flexible. I highly recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful accommodation! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with natural light — it felt like a true home away from home. Every little detail was clearly considered, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and relaxing outdoor space.

We had a great stay at Tim's, the beds were comfortable, house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed it.

Anna's cottage is a lovely cottage with modern ammenities with lovely comfortable beds. Situated in a very quiet street with tear off street parking. For AFL lovers UTAS stadium is at the end of the street. We were able to walk along the river and also walk into the city which was great.

What a beautiful home and surroundings. Everything was perfect, so beautifully furnished and felt like home immediately. Was lovely to have the wood fire burning when we arrived and the amount of provisions Kaytlenn supplied was amazing. Such a lovely outlook with a beautiful sunrise, so peaceful and sunny. Was perfect for our girls weekend away especially the spa. Would highly recommend this beautiful property.
