A winterized cottage with all the comforts on the lake shore. The cottage's upstairs and downstairs bedroom have double beds and the living room has a sofa that can be spread out to a double bed. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Charming and idyllic cottage by a peaceful, clean lake in Toivaka. Great for families and remote work. Atmospheric in the fall and winter, it's completely winter habitable. Lovely at Christmas time as well. Beautiful sunny yard with lakeside sauna and large deck areas. Beach in south/lunch direction. On the dock, ladder to the water. A good road to the yard that is plowed all the way to the door in the winter. Toivaka services 7 km away. The cottage is for your own use, which is why the calendar is updated in parts.

Excellent jogging terrain for both two-legged and four-legged. Mushroom and berry lands start in the backyard. The cottage sleeps six and two additional spaces in the barn.
