The house is in a fantastic location to the beach and a great local beach bar. House and especially the pool area were a blast and fun place to hang out. Jill is a great host and very accommodating. She provided lots of detail which made check in/out easy and gave some great suggestions on local restaurants. Thanks Jill. We’ll be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house is huge, spotless, and tastefully decorated - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool, where we spent time unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Our host, Michael, was outstanding - friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. You can really tell he cares about his guests and the property! Highly recommend this place!

Matt & Lori were very helpful and kind. Great communication. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the hot tub was very relaxing. The beach is a short drive or nice walk. I would definitely recommend this place.

I recently stayed at 250 Oceanic in Fort Lauderdale with my family of five, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The house is spacious and beautifully maintained, equipped with everything you could possibly need, just bring your clothes and enjoy. Our kids had an incredible time relaxing in the jacuzzi and swimming in the pool, which kept them entertained for hours. The house is very close to the beach making it easy to enjoy the sun.

Everything is exactly as James posting. The kiddos enjoyed the pool & the location is in a very peaceful neighborhood. This will be our go to place for our future visits. I also had the chance to meet the person who cleans his property & she was beautiful & kind. My kids gave her plenty of hugs & she made sure we didnt need anything before leaving.

We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves for a few days and enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tubs while lounging in a private yard. When other guests arrived it was still pretty easy to enjoy privacy on the attached patio of our unit or a little corner of the yard around the pool. The location was absolutely perfect! Walkable to the beach, the shops and the Farmer’s Market on Sunday at El Prada Park. It was so nice to escape such a short distance from the downtown to a quiet serene pool all our own but then enjoy the beach life whenever we wanted. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few nights in and everything was super clean. My husband, daughter and I had a hard time getting cozy on the couch to watch TV at night but we just grabbed some pillows and improvised. Our host, Danny, was always responsive and helpful and I would absolutely stay again!

Great stay with plenty of space for a group of 6. Kitchen had everything we needed and having access to a grill right off the kitchen area made for a great Sunday afternoon. Backyard was the highlight and we used the space when we weren’t at the beach, just a quick walk away. Great stay with plenty of extras to use making for a fun beach getaway!

This property was amazing. Just like the description and then some. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. My family enjoyed our stay and I was even able to attend a business meeting in the quiet office space. The 8 minute walk to the beach was safe and simple. I highly recommend this host and location for families or a friends trip.

Beautiful home, serene location. My family and I felt right at home. We loved how close the home is to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Very convenient for a large group. We enjoyed every moment! You will also enjoy that it is only a few minutes away from Lauderdale by the Sea beach. We will be back for sure!

The overall experience was great and would stay there again. The house is in a great location. It was updated, clean and had the amenities we were looking for in regards to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and backyard. LOVED the backyard! Pool worked great and the host was accommodating when we wanted to turn the hot tub on. The AC worked great and kept the house cool during the hot summer days. All appliances worked with no issues. We did have a small issue with the fans and lights in the rooms. All the remotes were missing. We ended up finding the one for the living and dining room but never found the ones for the bedrooms. They were set to low and could not adjust them. I let the host know and they ordered new ones right away but did not make it in time for our stay.

Laura’s home is fabulous. The design of the house has many extras built in. Large kitchen and laundry room with top of the line appliances. The living area is comfortable and the large tv is amazing. The outdoor backyard offers a beautiful pool and lounging area. Complete with a very nice grill for cook outs. Laura’s communication is excellent. She is kind and helpful and has a quick response time. We would definitely return for a stay at Laura’s home.

This house was excellent. Originally by the listing we thought there were three queens in one bedroom upstairs but turns out there was a guest house with two queens instead! House had everything we needed and was very well stocked. (All we couldn’t find was a knife sharpener). Great outdoor spaces with cornhole and ping pong which the older kids loved! One block to the beach and yet seemed very private like our own little oasis. Great neighborhood close to everything. Amy was a very responsive host and answered quickly. We had a wonderful time for our daughter’s graduation from graduate school at NOVA Southern. I can’t recommend a better place to stay and if we have a need in the future we will definitely come back to Amy’s house. Thank you Amy!!!!!

I have stayed in several airbnb but this one takes the cake. With the relaxation and amenities on the property, from the pool to the canal with coconut shot boats, to people watching on the canal. The beach accessories; beach chairs and umbrella allowed more beach time daily. The kitchen is fully stocked. The marshall retro speaker is such a nice touch for pool fun. I will stay here over and over! Daimian is an amazing host! Stay here you won’t be disappointed. Super host status!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ben was very responsive throughout our stay. It was the perfect home for my husband and 2 teenage/adult daughters. The backyard is beautiful. From the hammock to the hot tub, it is the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach.(Which is only a couple minute walk from the house) You have plenty of options within walking distance for food - BBQ, pizza, seafood, coffee, you name it! We would recommend this home 10/10.

Fantastic home! Very quick to response with answers to questions. Had a great time. Recommend the rental of the golf cart to get around easier.

Place was nice & neat. Smelled awesome. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Love that they’ve left behind a few kitchen essentials that you didn’t have to run out and purchase. Our stay was truly nice & comfortable. Will definitely look for this location in the future for trips to S. Florida.

This place was exactly like the pictures and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We were in close proximity to everything. The beach, shopping, and nice restaurants were just a short drive away. The privacy, cleanliness, and ease of accessibility made this place high on our list of top Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back if Courtney and Chris’ place is available when we return.

Hidden gem. Lucky we were able to find it available for the days we wanted. Everything is walkable no need for a rental car. All the restaurants are fantastic. The pool was much fun, spent countless hours there. Walk to the beach about 8 minutes give or take. The neighborhood is really peaceful and quiet. Met a women across the street who’s lives in the area for 55 years. Says a lot. Will be back. Thank you.
