Holiday rentals with a pool in Latour-Bas-Elne

The house is large, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The equipment is very complete, nothing is missing. The center of Perpignan is about a 20-minute walk. The swimming pool is not very large but it does provide a pleasant cooling.

We really enjoyed stay. It’s a beautiful villa with plenty of space for a large group. Each bedroom had its own En-suite which we found really helpful. Thank you for hosting us!

The Airbnb we needed for this weekend. This met all the criteria and more (absolutely incredible and relaxing place, many activities possible: swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool, darts, barbecue, etc.) We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything.

Alex is a wonderful host and the house is brand new and beautiful. It was our first time to Costa Brava, and Port de la Selva felt a bit like an undiscovered gem. It went very well during our stay. The accommodation is decorated with great taste, very well equipped, nothing is missing. The pool is beautiful and the views are great. Host was very available and responsive. No complaints, I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our time at Karine and Cyrills place. It was perfect from start to finish. Karine was extremely welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home instantly. She was attentive and excellent at communicating with us/ answering any questions. The apartment is situated in beautiful surroundings and is super easy to get into the centre on Perpignan. We really enjoyed using the bikes on one of the days and exploring the local area. Karine gave us heaps of recommendations of beaches/local towns and restaurants to visit. The property is completely spotless, well equipped and really comfortable for two people. The old hot tub had broken before we were due to check in so Karine and her husband had very kindly bought a new one prior to our arrival, which we really enjoyed in the evenings. Would absolutely recommend!

We spent a lovely few days at Anne-Cécile's beautiful flat in Collioure. The view from the balcony was picture-perfect. The flat is well situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Collioure, beaches and restaurants. It is also a great base if you fancy a hike in the hills above Collioure. We didn't want to leave :)

Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions to access the accommodation.

Collioure is a lively and historic town, absolutely worth visiting. If looking for beaches the next town along , Argeles-sur-Met (short drive) offers a huge beach and all that goes with it. Accommodation is cozy best suited to a couple. Lovely views, quiet area and only 15 min walk into the town. Marie was very welcoming.

Great! We had a pleasant stay in this residence, very practical and clean, perfectly matches the photos, well equipped, perfect for families with children even at a young age; the pool is clean and easy to access, our children had a great time, too bad we only spent two nights, we could not discover all the resident... the beach is 5 min by car, lively seaside resort, everything nearby (only drawback is the price of daily products is quite high, otherwise nothing to say) we highly recommend this resident and this magical place with a very beautiful view. Jonathan was very responsive, understanding and friendly. We thank him for his professionalism! Experience to be repeated without a doubt...

The accommodation is super spacious, and very clean. The host is very responsive which allowed us to extend our stay in Saint Cyprien. I recommend it 100%, even for a small family ☺️

Listing matches reality - welcome and kindness from Quentin's dad on arrival and departure. Access to shops directly by gate with digicode and therefore everything is in close proximity (baker, butcher, fishmonger, small Casino (etc.) + various restaurants). Secure parking with private numbered space for the car. Beautiful view of the Marina from the terrace, a real postcard! Well-appointed, air-conditioned, very clean apartment. Bed already made on arrival with excellent bedding. Easy contact and exchanges by email with Quentin so thanks also to him. Looking forward to a new rental if possible in 2025 :)

The house has been renovated and tastefully decorated with respect for its history, it has a lot of charm, while being very functional and is located in a peaceful and very pretty village in the countryside and close to the beaches. The accommodation, the swimming pool and the services (sheets, towels, toiletries, bedding...) are of very high quality. Everything is designed for our comfort and remarkably clean. My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

We loved our 8 person stay at the villa. There was lots of space plus 3 showers. The pool is excellent. Everything you need including a washing machine, microwave, huge fridge. Excellent location a few metres from racou beach. Easy bus into nearby places. Parking secure. Quiet spot.

The house is very well located, well maintained and this view is absolutely amazing. The outside is really our favorite (terrace, pool, direct sea view perfectly matches the photos). Host is very available and responsive. We had a problem with the keys and in less than 10 minutes, a person came with a duplicate to open us up! The only negative point would be the multiplication of communication media (emails, Airbnb messaging, Whats app, etc.) which made it difficult for me to find certain information. But its a detail! We had a great stay and we highly recommend this rental, the value for money is unbeatable

Beautiful villa. We stayed with the entire family for a week, 14 people from 2 to 65 years old. Everyone has each found their activities to meet on the large terrace in the evening.
