Due notti davvero speciali in una casa unica! Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in questa splendida struttura e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La cura nei dettagli è evidente in ogni angolo, dagli arredi accoglienti all’atmosfera calda e rilassante. L’alloggio è perfetto per condividere momenti tra amici o in coppia, con spazi pensati per stare bene insieme. Un punto forte? La piscinetta interna tipo jacuzzi nel bagno: un vero angolo di relax privato, comodo e riservato, perfetto dopo una giornata in compagnia. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Tony, il proprietario. È stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Era anche il mio compleanno, e con grande attenzione mi ha consigliato una pasticceria fantastica. Un gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo e che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. Consiglio davvero questa casa a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, rilassante e piena di piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza. Grazie di cuore Tony, torneremo presto!

Logement conforme et même plus aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréable vacances en famille. Le secteur est calme et résidentiel, il est cependant nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour accéder aux belles plages et activités. Les échanges avec Filomena ont été parfaits ainsi que l'accueil et la disponibilité sur place de Cinzia. Très agréablement surpris de trouver à notre arrivée de l'eau fraiche, tomates, basilic, fruits dans le frigo ainsi que de quoi se cuisiner des pâtes en sauce tomate !!!! Encore merci à Cinzia. Staying at Inna was great way to start our Italian holiday. In a and her daughter helped us out perfectly our Italian holiday. There place was perfect to get some rest just for the night after a transatlantic flight. Inna and her daughter (who speaks English) offered an extra pick up / drop off to the airport for a reasonable price. Everything perfect. (Just consider that on top of the Airbnb price, every accommodation have to ask you for a tourist fee. We learned during our stay that it is mandatory to every host and can’t be included in the price.

Mirko was a great host and his place is amazing. The location is amazing and has all grocery stores (one right outside) and restaurants nearby. There is public transport right outside which takes you to the city center. Kids play areas nearby as well. Now coming to the villa- a huge garden and a trampoline and hammock to enjoy the outdoors. The inside has this old rustic charm that is an amazing experience. A parking right inside is a cherry on the top. Mirko was kind enough to leave a welcome gift as well. The communication was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you have kids they will surely enjoy this place. Totally worth it!

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus! Die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes; Elena war immer erreichbar, antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Der Check in klappte dank Schlüsselbox einwandfrei. Das Haus ist großartig ausgestattet, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Ich habe noch nie in einem Apartment eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen, es war alles vorhanden und im makellosen Zustand. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ein Traum für mich, ich habe ziemlich lange dicke Haare und meistens im Urlaub Probleme, diese zu waschen, da meistens zu wenig Wasser aus den duschköpfen kommt ;) Das Doppelbett ist so bequem, die Matratze einwandfrei, nicht durchgelegen, wir haben super geschlafen. In jedem Zimmer ist eine Aircon die wir trotz Hitze nicht benutzt haben. Die Nähe zu Rom, der wunderschöne Strand per Fuß erreichbar, waren für uns die Argumente Diese Unterkunft zu buchen. We had a good stay at Francescas apartment. The communication with Francesca was very good, the check-in was easy and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed :)

La casa di Sabina ci è piaciuta tantissimo. Semplice ed essenziale ma ben fornita e accogliente. Non ci è mancato nulla e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Dall’abitazione partono due sentieri che in pochi passi portano a bellissimi terrazzamenti sul mare e in un paio di minuti ad un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L’accesso al mare è facile anche per i più piccoli e l’acqua è cristallina e piena di vita. Maschera e boccaglio fissi! Tramonto indimenticabile. Grazie Sabina e grazie Cinzia e un saluto a tutte le persone squisite che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. A presto!

Notre séjour chez Stefano s’est très bien passé. La communication avec Stefano était parfaite, il a toujours été réactif et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les environs et restaurants à faire. La maison était charmante, décorée avec goût et très propre. On s’y est sentis comme chez nous ! Je recommande vivement ce logement

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il mare che Roma in pochi minuti! la casa è pulita e accogliente, cucina e bagno accessoriati in ogni minimo dettaglio. Non abbiamo conosciuto di persona Daniela ma al telefono è stata molto disponibile, il check in ce lo ha fatto Tommaso che è stato efficiente e puntuale. Se volessi tornare da quelle parti lì sceglierei di nuovo!

Esperienza molto positiva, alloggio carinissimo e a due passi dal mare e dal paese. Giulio preciso e disponibile. Torneremo volentieri!

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Bamboo Villa verbracht. Daniele war ein herausragender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Bei Fragen stand er jederzeit zur Verfügung. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig und der perfekte Ort um sich zu entspannen und eine gute Zeit zu haben.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

la casa è bellissima e ideale per una fuga d'amore. un pò trasandato il fuori, in vero peccato. L'amaca era sporca, l'erba tagliata lasciata da una parte, le sdraio rotte e i divani senza cuscini. il frigorifero rotto poi è stato pessimo. col caldo che faceva e con a disposizione un frigo bar piccolo è stato un pò un disastro. nel complesso molto buono, giusto per un giorno e una notte. La jacuzzi che esce dal letto è stata una chicca, ma anche quella un pò troppo poco pulita.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Cisterna di Latina. Als vriendengroep van 6 jonge mannen hebben wij hier 10 dagen gebivakkeerd. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis. De gastheer en de gastvrouw verblijven in een woning onder het verblijf. Deze aanwezigheid hebben wij als zeer positief ervaren. Zij kwamen ons zelfs donuts en chocoladebroodjes brengen. Verder merk je amper dat gastvrouw en gastheer onder het verblijf wonen. Dankzij het heerlijke buitenverblijf hebben wij het gros van de 10 dagen buiten verbleven. In elke kamer is er airco, dat maakt de nachten aangenaam. Het zwembad brengt de nodige verkoeling in de middag. Het zwembad wordt regelmatig schoongemaakt en het gras wordt gemaaid. Ook heeft u de mogelijkheid om de 3 honden van het huishouden te ontmoeten. De beestjes zijn heel lief, maar je moet geen irritatie hebben aan honden, ze komen namelijk graag in de buurt van je zitten. Kortom: wij hebben 10 fantastische dagen gehad in dit verblijf.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.
