Two truly special nights in a unique house! We stayed with a group of friends in this beautiful property and we immediately felt at home. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is perfect for sharing moments with friends or as a couple, with spaces designed to feel good together. A highlight? The indoor jacuzzi-style pool in the bathroom: a true private, comfortable and reserved relaxation corner, perfect after a day in company. A special thank you goes to Tony, the owner. He was extremely kind and helpful. It was also my birthday, and with great care, he recommended a fantastic pastry shop. A gesture that I appreciated so much and that made everything even more special. I highly recommend this house to those looking for an authentic, relaxing experience full of small gestures that make a difference. Thank you very much Tony, we will be back soon!

Accommodation matches the photos and even more. It has everything you need for a pleasant family vacation. The area is quiet and residential, however it is necessary to take the car to access the beautiful beaches and activities. The exchanges with Filomena were perfect as well as the hosting and on-site availability of Cinzia. Very pleasantly surprised to find fresh water, tomatoes, basil, fruit in the fridge as well as enough to cook pasta in tomato sauce when we arrived!!!! Thanks again to Cinzia. Isabelle and David

Staying at Inna was great way to start our Italian holiday. In a and her daughter helped us out perfectly our Italian holiday. There place was perfect to get some rest just for the night after a transatlantic flight. Inna and her daughter (who speaks English) offered an extra pick up / drop off to the airport for a reasonable price. Everything perfect. (Just consider that on top of the Airbnb price, every accommodation have to ask you for a tourist fee. We learned during our stay that it is mandatory to every host and can’t be included in the price.

Mirko was a great host and his place is amazing. The location is amazing and has all grocery stores (one right outside) and restaurants nearby. There is public transport right outside which takes you to the city center. Kids play areas nearby as well. Now coming to the villa- a huge garden and a trampoline and hammock to enjoy the outdoors. The inside has this old rustic charm that is an amazing experience. A parking right inside is a cherry on the top. Mirko was kind enough to leave a welcome gift as well. The communication was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you have kids they will surely enjoy this place. Totally worth it!

We spent 1 week in this wonderful house! The communication worked perfectly, both in advance and during our stay; Elena was always available, answered within a very short time. The check-in worked perfectly thanks to the key box. The house is wonderfully equipped, you immediately feel at home. I have never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in an apartment, everything was available and in pristine condition. The water pressure of the shower is a dream for me, I have pretty long thick hair and usually have problems washing it on vacation, because usually too little water comes out of the shower heads ;) The double bed is so comfortable, the mattress is perfect, not sagging, we slept great. There is an air conditioner in every room, which we did not use despite the heat. The proximity to Rome, the beautiful beach within walking distance, was the arguments for us to book this place. We had a good stay at Francescas apartment. The communication with Francesca was very good, the check-in was easy and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed :)

We loved Sabina's place. Simple and essential but well-stocked and welcoming. There was nothing missing and we immediately felt at home. From the house there are two trails that in a few steps lead to beautiful terraces on the sea and in a couple of minutes to a little corner of heaven. Access to the sea is easy for children, and the water is crystal clear and full of life. Fixed mask and mouthpiece! Unforgettable sunset. Thank you Sabina and thank you Cinzia and a greeting to all the exquisite people we had the pleasure of meeting. See you soon!

Stefano is a detail-oriented, tasteful, warm-hearted host, and has its own property operating model.This small green house is very new and clean, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures, you can find anything you need in every corner of the room, even the utensils in the cupboard are very nice and cute!The lemon tree in front of the house also drops fresh lemons every day which is new to me haha.But to go to the attractions and the airport can only take a bus or taxi, it will take a little time, which makes this small house very quiet, suitable for a comfortable rest!In addition, the sandwich at the little coffee shop in the alley is also very delicious, we go there every day and sit for a while before we go out, generally very, very satisfied.🥰

Lucilla is a tremendous host—warm, communicative, and thoughtful throughout. She personally met us on arrival to ease our way into the gated community and was there again to see us off at the end of our stay. You’re not just booking a rental—you’re staying in her cherished summer home, and it feels that way from the moment you walk in. The house is lovely, with a private walk-out gate that makes getting into the heart of Nettuno a breeze. Everything—the beach, historic center, shops, and restaurants—is just steps away. We stayed over a warm June weekend, and with the windows open, we could hear the nearby beach entertainment at night—part of the charm of coastal Italy in summer. If you’re a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs might be helpful, but we found it all part of the lively, local atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Nettuno with the added comfort of a gracious and attentive host.

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!

Very positive experience, very nice accommodation and a stone's throw from the sea and the village. Giulio is accurate and available. We will gladly come back!

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was so beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The kids had a great time with the pool and all the sports equipment. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

We stayed at this beautiful villa in two couples and two children, unfortunately only for 5 days. The villa is surrounded by an endless and very well-kept park with a wonderful pool and a very comfortable outdoor area! The interior is very spacious But the outside is the most beautiful part, it also has a comfortable brick barbecue very useful! The owners were always available and very kind and made us feel at home, always available and ready to give us a thousand directions! Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back!! Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

the house is beautiful and ideal for a romantic getaway. a little scruffy on the outside, a real shame. The hammock was dirty, the cut grass was left to one side, the deckchairs were broken and the sofas had no cushions. The broken refrigerator was then terrible. With the heat and a small fridge bar available, it was a bit of a disaster. Overall, very good, just right for a day and a night. The jacuzzi that comes out of the bed was a treat, but also a little too unclean.

Stayed as a group of 6 people, extremley helpful and friendly hosts. Gave us helpful hints and recommendations. Very nice people, made us feel right at home. Garden, pool and house as described, used a couple of days to relax and saw some local sights. Everything clean and nicely put together. Very nice touch that hosts invited us for pizza and cold cuts in the last evening, nice sitting down and talking. One point which we appreciated very much was that they assisted us in getting to the train station when we needed a lift as we were leaving at two seperate times. That shows their friendliness and caring for their guests. All in all can only recommend.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.
