Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Latin Quarter, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

loved Veronique and Philippes house. in addition to being great hosts their house was very clean, with great amenities and a good location (lots of bakeries and places to eat nearby)

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Allison was very accommodating and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect with an easily accessible metro station around the corner. We felt safe and didn’t have any issues. Thank you Allison!

We loved our stay at Louis’ apartment. The apartment itself is very well kept and everything is clean and beautiful. Lots of unique and interesting touches. The lift was extremely helpful with our luggage and it worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Louis was an ideal host. He was extremely accommodating and provided us with prompt assistance whenever we needed it. The area around the apartment in the sixth is charming and anything you need is very close by. Wonderful cafés and restaurants and there is a supermarket just one block away. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber does come right to the apartment if necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Louis’ apartment again.

This was the best apartment we have ever rented. Wonderfully located, spacious, very clean, it was extraordinary. The owner and his representative were incredibly responsive. It was everything we hoped for and more.

El lugar es muy agradable y todo funcionó perfecto. Muy bien ubicado y cerca del metro. Solo tuvimos un inconveniente al llegar con las camas que no estaban hechas pero rápidamente lo solucionaron enviando el equipo de aseo de inmediato. Volveré de todos modos!!

Place: just what you want when looking for an Airbnb for two on vacation. Location: very much a local spot. We did not take a taxi one time, only walked and used public transportation. Amazing restaurants within two minute walks. Must get a massage from the Thai place next-door.. Host: they truly cared to make sure our vacation was perfect. We did not have to contact the host during our stay. They've reached out to us numerous times to make sure everything was up to our expectations.

La casa è in un quartiere molto vivace ma riparata e silenziosa, molto vicina alla metropolitana quindi molto comda per gli spostamenti. L'appartamento è molto piccolo ma carino e fornito di tutto quello che serve quindi va benissimo per alcuni giorni a Parigi. Noelle è stata molto attenta e gentile l'accoglienza di Fabrice è stata molto precisa. Lo consigliamo sicuramente.

The location was perfect. Many places to eat right near. Notre Dame Cathedral. Easy access to Metro and RER. Isabelle is a very responsive host.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is our second time staying in Christine’s apartment, it felt like coming home again! The apartment itself is light & airy, quite & centrally located to many touristy locations or just a short Metro ride away. The small kitchen has all the basics needed for short stays but you’re close to many fantastic cafes & coffee shops that you’ll likely not even use it like us. It was handy to whip up some nibble boxes for our picnics on the Seine though. Christine is lovely, very responsive & helpful. Highly recommend.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. To say we had a great visit to Michel’s unit would be an understatement! Perfect location, all the necessary accruements to make us feel at home. We would recommend Michel’s apartment to anyone seeking a secure,quiet, easy to access accommodation in Paris.

My daughter and I loved Laurence's place! It was perfect. We had plenty of room for the two of us. The courtyard is pretty. The location is suburb. We were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to visit. The nearby restaurant options are endless. We enjoyed the snacks and drinks Laurence provided upon arrival. There is little to no noise-- other than trash removal in the mornings. We had an awesome experience and hope to return someday!
